upload project and client images via api
In our daily use, it would be fantastic if we could also store a logo (image) for each created project via API. Currently this is only possible via manual upload. It would be even more convenient if we could assign an image to the client via api, which would be inherited by the corresponding assigned projects if no image was uploaded to them.

Make ressource availabilites on a daily basis as comma separated value possible
Currently, the availability is set to 15 minutes frames. In the past it was possible to set the availability via comma separated values per day.
The current state fits not our needs to set availabilities to 7,7/day to fit our working agreements. The workaround to set MO-THU to 7,75 and FR to 7,5 is not really a good one.

Add loading screen after 'bulk add projects'
It would be better if you can add a loading screen after clicking 'Import' during the bulk add projects process. Right now it goes straight back to bulk add screen which can be confusing, espcially if you miss the confirmation on the top right screen. I think the previous version was more clear as there was a confirmation screen as a pop up that you need to close it manually.

Resource Confirmation/Changes
Realise that many users may have requested some form of 'undo' button if a project is mistakenly moved or removed from a resource.
Would it be possible to be 'prompted' to confirm if a user moves a project from one resource to another and also if they chose to delete a project from a resource?

Share ownership of reports with multiple resources
I would like the possibility to share the reports I create with my whole organization, and allow some specific resources to update these reports along with me. Currently, only one resource (the owner of the report) can update it for the whole organization and it causes issues when we need to transfer the ownership of the said reports.

Larger fonts on booking bars
When you make the booking bar wider, the font that is showing hours and percentage still stays small. Even though you make the booking bar wider. I’d be happy if, when you select Extra wide, the font is much bigger so you can read it clearly.

Maximun hours input in Reportet Time/Timesheets
An error message appears (or it is blocked) if more than 24:00 is entered in the timesheet. This eliminates typing errors.
Even better, the maximum input can be defined in the settings. Our business rules says, that you cannot work and enter more than 14 hours per day.

manage the hours budget of each resource allocated to a project
It would be great to have in project master data the possibility to enter the budget hours allocated to a specific resource in addition to the total budget hours for that project. This will allow the project manager to keep track of delta's at resource level of hours scheduled / reported.

Floating date range
We request a possibility to set a floating date range in the Reports part of the tool.
Right now you can set This/Last/Next ... Week/Month/Quarter/Year.
Would be good with the possibility to set for example "Rolling 12 months". Maybe a floating period with input of the unit based on Week/Month/Quarter/Year.

The project name to appear in notes
I think the previous version had this feature. I would suggest having the project name in the notes section of the project. I know it is under the 'information icon' but the main page we look upon is the notes, so including the project name there would alleviate going back and forth.

Enable global filtering of custom fields
We have noticed that you cannot filter on all fields, in all views - in the application.
For example: We have a Project custom field which is "Project Manager" - with values of our PMs on our projects. We want this to easily filter on projects and bookings everywhere.
It works fine for us to use the filter in the Project view. But when we are using the Resource view and specifically View modes "Single rows (resource)" and "Single rows (project & resource)" the filter doesn't work. Nothing happens in the grid, but we are expecting to only see bookings…

Expand the condtional formatting functionalities in reports
Currently, the condtional formatting is quite limited. It will never be Excel but atleast can you please include comparison between columns (e.g. if column B is greater than column A highlight column/row green etc.)

To be able to save the grouping in the 3rd level of a report
Currently, the 3rd level of a report is default grouped by Day. If you change the grouping and save the report the previous 2 levels will be lost.
It would be really useful if we can change the grouping in the 3rd level (to whatever we want) and able to save the report. Example navigation: Group by Project manager (1st level) --> Group by project (2nd level) --> Group by Budget category (3rd level)1 vote -

To be able to see the details of all bookings for a particular project and open them from the list

Like there is the bulk move function it would be useful to have the option to bulk delete all bookings of a certain resource.

Log and report time on phases
Being able to log, schedule and report time on phases would be invaluable

Updates with Notes
When updating the calendar and adding notes or any other details, the resource scheduled receives a message that something has been updated, without any details or explanation.
It would be helpful to have an update that shows what has been changed.

Bulk delete schedulling
Bulk delete the scheduled out time on a resources timeline, with a warning/alert asking, "Are you sure you want to do this."

The ability to link existing data sets (i.e. resource list) to a custom field
When setting up a project custom field, the field type options are limited to set entries. It would be useful to be able to link a project custom field to an existing data set. Example we want to create a custom field "Project Lead" and we want the dropdown for this to be a selection from the existing resource data set.
