Instant (Live) Refresh data for all viewing the schedule
when a change gets made on one session (PC), instantly refresh that change on all other sessions (PCs) without having to manually refresh the screen. (Trello does this well)

Longer than a 6 week view
I am working to resources, plan headcount, and utilization for next quarter, and would love to be able to see a view that has a much longer timeframe.
I think 4 months would be ideal, potentially, abstracted to showing only the major tasks on a weekly basis.

Basecamp API integration
The ability to schedule from Basecamp, assign time and resources and automatically feed this information in Hubplanner and viceversa.

Ability to add new currencies
As we don't bill in either currency available, it would be very handy for us to be able add new currencies to the system.

The ability to plan future projects with hours and potential bookings
Can you add the ability to plan future projects by time and potential resources? I do not want to commit the resource to the project, just see what it would look like if I added them to it. So, I have a "future" project with some number of days and then add Resource A without reducing their capacity because I'm still in the planning stages. Once I decide to commit the project, I can either then book the resource on the project or swap them out with Resource B.

skills matrix
As part of the resource page you should be able to setup customized skill matrices to track a resources skill level/certification in a particular area and use those "tags" to assign to projects as needed.

See Archived Projects
When archiving a project it gets removed from "Active Projects", which makes sense. But I still want to be able to see it in the timeline, so I can look back at what we worked with.

Grid Overview Report
I would love a report that would show a six month view of the grid by Project and by Resources assigned to that project. Something like:
Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr May ___________________________________Engineer #1 |___________Project A________|

Engineer #2 |________Project B_______________|Creating a visual that shows the entire grid of Projects and assignments.

Hours per Task vs Hours per Day
It would be great to be able to specify the total time of a task by # of hours, instead of hours per day. For these tasks, the total time would not change no matter how many days you've scheduled the task. It should automatically tell you how many hours you should spend on it per day by dividing the total hours by the number of days scheduled.

Projects vs Tasks
I would be great if you can create a project and tasks within this project.
I need to be able to schedule more than one Task each day, sometimes I schedule 4 2hr tasks that belong to more than one project. I haven't find how to schedule several tasks in one day for one person.2 votes -
Show booked days in the grid
In the grid it shows the hours per booked item. In our case it would be nicer to see days if the amount of booked hours > 8

API
An API for pulling data into other systems. We have a status board where we pull in data from several services. Adding hubplanner would be killer.

Ability to Schedule Half Days
Half day steps would double the accuracy of the week without destroying the clarity of the time-data visualization. Time is, naturally, serial and continuous, so in reality tasks can only be completed one after another, not in parallel. Overlapping tasks and using % is not only a less meaningful model but dramatically reduces the at-a-glance clarity of the stacked resources view.

Ability to set completetion status on a project
It would be great if there was some way of setting for example the percentage a project is complete with a visual cue. Or at least a status for completetion which does changes color of the project.
We are currently working with MS Project in this way, and it makes it easy to see where the other teams are and if we need to adjust the plan.

Resource settings / not fulltime
Some resources do not work fulltime. It would be great to specify which days a resource works and have the other days be inactive.

Mobile view/update
Currently we can't see schedules via mobile devices, is there any plan in the future to view and edit the schedules via mobile website or mobile apps?

I would like to view more than 4 weeks, and not only on a monthly basis. Is this possible?
