Schedule Specific Notifications
It would be useful to have email and/or desktop notifications for when the schedule is changed; i.e. when a new project has been added, hours have been changed, dates have been shifted, et cetera.

Mark time entries (and bookings) as billable or non-billable
A check box in both a booking and time entries to mark them as billable or non-billable. In the case of the booking, the resoure will know if it is billable or not. In the case of time entries, one can run a report (say weekly) to find all billable time and accounts can issue invoices accordingly.

Defect: The bottom scrollbar keeps disappearing in Chrome.
I am looking at resources in the single rows view. I just noticed this defect today. The impact is that I cannot view other dates that are either left or right of the current view. Workaround, close the browser and reopen, it works temporarily. I do not know the exact steps, thats for your QA to figure out.

Show submitted hours next to budget and scheduled hours on project
It would be nice to also show submitted hours next to budget and scheduled hours in project scheduler view.

Resource Schedule Own Events
Add the ability for resources to schedule their own events, and subsequently edit them as well.

Line Manager - Visibility of other Users submitted/accepted Timesheets
Hi. It would be nice if a User can be given rights to view another Users' submitted/accepted timesheets. I manage and invoice for several Users' time, but I am not a Project Manager. It would be useful for me to see other Users' submitted and accepted timesheets so that I can easily monitor time logged and then produce Invoices from accepted Timesheets for multiple Users.

Timesheet - "Submit All" button to submit ALL time entries for the week not just that line
Its cumbersome having to sumbit each line and save each note indivdually. It would be great to just say "submit all" and be done. All notes, all entries are saved.

Improving export options
The export options from scheduler feel under-played. The jpg/png would benefit from a date range on it, and the csv/excel output has almost no information, not even the project names. Appreciate we can do all our work from within the tool, but there are those who like their PPT/PDF reports via email still, and right now this misses the mark for export. Any plans to improve?

Add a warning message before deleting projects or resources
It would be great to add a warning message before a project or resource is deleted. Such as "are you sure you want to delete this project? All project data will be lost". I intended to delete the project and that was fine - but there was a resource I didn't intend to delete that got deleted and all her data was lost. If I had had a warning, I would have realized I was selecting the wrong option.

Week numbers in addition to dates and months to the active experts view
Currently it is not possible to display week numbers in the active experts view if the slot size is weeks. Instead it only shows days and month in the header. If I would be able to configure the week number visible, I would not have to use a separate calendar application aside the planner.

Assign category for each Project.
It would be good to have a specific "Category" assigned for each project created. At the moment it shows all the list of custom categories created . Thanks.

Custom rate per project role
Some projects have multiple rates applied for the same resource - for example Project Management might be charged at a higher rate than Business Analysis - but the same person does both roles
It would be handy to be able to create project roles and assign custom rates to each, and assign resources to each role (sometimes multiple resources to one role)

Dashboard Resources Utilisation - Next Month
Currently it is possible to define a time frame only on the Project dashboard but not on the Resources one.
I believe that it's a key feature the ability to use the dashboard to see the predicted utilisation not only for the current month but for the next one as well.

Timesheet - Enter Note on Selected Day By Default
It would make timesheeting faster if when I entered time on a day and tried to add a note: the note opened for the day selected, not the first day in the week.

Default/custom availability is not sufficient
The current default/custom availability integration is not sufficient.
Example: I have a day off every 2 weeks. So in week 1 I work 5 days, in week 2 4 days, in week 3 again 5 days, etc.
There are more employees in my company with that patern, but there is no possibility to enter it in Hub Planner.
3 votesDynamic capacity is now released. Customize resource availability on a more dynamic level. Also easily mark the resource schedule as not available making the time non working. Check out the blog and knowledge base for release notes.

Regional holidays that only apply to some resources
Ability to create holidays that only apply to some regions/people - for example in Australia each state has it's own regional holidays. If we could set the working location for each resource, then create holidays that either apply to all or to a location/group - this would solve the problem.
Currently we manually book a "Public Holiday" event on each persons schedule

Resources can be added to multiple calendars via the extension in Settings or via the Resource Modal. You can also auto-import public holidays per country at 4 different levels. Simplified Time Sheet Entry/Remove Animations Option
It would make time sheet entry MUCH faster to have a table view with no graph or animations. Just something really simple and fast with a "submit all" button that submits ALL the entries for the week.

Audit log to identify who made a scheduling change
The ability to be able to identify who made a booking change and when. This could act as a history of who scheduled, edited, or deleted a booking. Ideally this could be filtered/searched based on a project or resource.

Introducing the Hub Planner Audit Log. Now users can access an Audit Log of Hub Planner changes in the Resource Management system.
The Hub Planner Audit log will provide the complete history log of any activity being performed in Hub Planner, by all users. Activities such as changes to a project booking, creating new resources or deleting a project when resource scheduling and project planning.

Bulk timesheet management options.
Organisations with large teams who wish to onboard to HubPlanner are going to have a horrible, horrible time with the current set of timesheet features.
- Time management is done on a week by week basis
- The interface is collapsed by default and it takes several clicks to even view the editable time fields per project
- Entering time takes several clicks / doesn't work with the tab button
Proposal:
- Manager functionality to enable monthly view of timesheets
- Bulk "approve all" button
- Bulk import facility for retrospective time import from other systems (critical for reporting!!)6 votes
