Add project phase to time reporting
I build reports that need to sort the time entered by project, project phase, booking category and person. All are simple to do except project phase. There is a place to enter the phase but it does not appear as something I can select in the report builder.

Delete scheduled time from timesheets
Remove the pre selected scheduled time from timesheet
1 voteHi, this is now completed. You can opt to hide suggested time via Settings > Manage Extensions > Timesheets.
Display suggested time:
Choose to hide the suggested time in the timesheets module. Suggested time is the time the user is scheduled.

Set events to reduce capacity of resource if booked against them
We currently use events to represent non working time like Holidays, Sick Leave, Compassionate leave etc.
However, when we report on utilisation the %utilisation uses the (total project time)+(total event time) / (capacity). The only thing that changes the capacity is changing the availability calendar on the resource or setting central company holidays. This means that the utilisation is not displayed correctly.
E.g. I have a resource that has 2 weeks booked against the Holiday event in August and no other bookings in the month. Their utilisation is currently displaying as 44% when it should be 0%

1 voteYou can now remove the project / event time from availability /utilization and capacity on reports. Simply navigate to the 'Advanced Settings' tab on the modal and check/uncheck the box to include 'Availability on Reports'.

Create sub groups in report menus
It would be good to have the possibility to create sub groups for reports.
We will have many reports when we have rolled out Hub Planner in all our units and this would make it easier to administrate and find reports.2 votesNow completed. Organise your saved reports to folders/groups within My Saved Reports and Internal Reports.
Click save -> add to group -> find or create to new group -> save report

Ability to set specific bookings for weekend/off days work
Sometimes bookings require work on normal non-working days. I would like to be able to set that for the booking so that work duration is accurately reported on the scheduler and in reports.

Hide scheduled time on timesheet
When you use the scheduler view, this automatically pulls through to the timesheet. If you update your time and what you forecast to do that week is completely different to what was in the scheduler view, there is a line on your timesheet that cannot be deleted (Error message - You cannot bulk edit a row which has suggested or locked time entries.)
Can you add a feature to hide any lines where time is from the scheduler view but there is no time recorded on the timesheet? I

View Only Permissions for Schedules and Projects
A read only permission for schedules to enable 2 things. 1) To allow all to see what projects resources are allocated to \ how busy a person is, but not allow them to assign tasks. 2) To ensure that for a resource to be allocated to a project, a request is made by the project manager and approved by the line manager. Ensuring that the PM can't extend their use of the resource without a line manger's approval. Timesheets - More granular feature controls
We currently have team managers approve timesheets and an administrator who locks all timesheets for a week. Since there is only one role setting in timesheets for 'Approver' we can not prevent anyone who is an approver from unlocking or modifying prior entries. Please add more controls in Roles over Timesheet features.

Budget (Cash/Hours) "current prediction" values on reports
On the reports it would be good to introduce a "predicted" calculation for all of the current budget views on scheduled/reported that combines reported to date and scheduled future.
I.e.
If my project budget is 100 hours.
and in the 1st week I schedule 50 hours
and in the 2nd week i schedule 40 hours
but i only report 45 hours in the 1st week.
When viewing the report on the start of the 2nd week is would like to see a predicted spend based on reported to date plus scheduled future e.g. in this case showing 85 hours, 15…3 votes -
ability to assign a resource from the booking modal.
In the current booking modal the drop down for resource assignment is not present. It would be great if we could open a booking (new or old) and edit the resource assigned. Currently, you can only do this from the scheduler.

Download Excel, and all resources appear per project and day
It takes a lot of work to get a project of a month resource by resource and project by project. ->Person Reports/Scheduled Time/ X Resource >> download Excel XLSX
Would it be possible to implement the option: to download excel of the Resource Report and get it by columns:

Add booking categories field to columns in reports
You can filter or group by booking category but you cannot run a report and add a column that shows the booking category.

Allow for Management to view Team Data
There isn't a way to tie an employee to a manager within Hub Planner at this time. We would like the ability to set managers for our groups so that those managers can have further functionality/access to their teams data/accounts/schedules/access, etc. This includes allowing them a manager calendar that they can link to iCal so they can view their entire team in outlook as well as Hub Planner. This would also allow the manager to streamline schedules, dashboards, reports, etc. without having to manually create or manipulate system data.

Timesheets - chargeable and non-chargeable
Project managers need the ability to be able to track specific project tasks, resources need to be able to log time against those tasks. I need to be able to separate chargeable and non-chargeable work. At the moment our developers are wasting time typing in notes and multiple line items when adding in time sheets.

Add Bookings to Project Dashboards
Customize project dashboard data including adding the bookings/ booking titles to the options in the project dashboards. You can see tasks right now but nothing to do with bookings or booking titles. As we don't use the tasks but rather booking's to schedule this makes the project dashboards virtually unusable to our organization.

Dashboard: accumulated "Project Timeline" for all active projects
A "Project Timeline" can be found under "Dashboard" on project level. What I am currently missing is an opportunity to see all active projects in one overview with their respective time lines specified. I could imagine this functionality would look very similar to a gantt chart. The goal of this functionality is to be able to define the status (phase or milestone) of various projects at a quick glance.
