Hours budget for phases
I would like to be able to add an hours budget per phase, in addition to for the entire project. This way, I can book resources to phases and see which phases are over or under budget. Currently it is only possible to see overall project budgets, but projects with many phases, some of which are very far apart (in time) are not easy to look in to.

Just a quick update here. Perhaps a little more functional that the phases by budget. We have introduced the ability to add a budget by booking category. If you navigate to the project modal -> billing tab -> you can now click the drop down and select a new 'budget category' which is a booking category. You can assign both hours and cash amounts.
Also, these are trackable via reports. You can add the column 'budget category' as well as the option to group reports by budget category. See image here: https://mrkr.io/s/65674d950c2e6514a4c8ae5d/0
If you would like a quick demo of how this will work and of course if you had any feedback to share, please let us know. You can reach out to us via the contact modal and we can go from there!
Thanks!

Thanks for submitting and commenting. In the meantime as a workaround, you can create a separate project for each phase which allows you to assign both budget hours and cost. You can also create a project group to view overall schedule and sidebar view.

This is an absolute must to make this software work for us (architectural office with 10+ people). Project contracts typically exceed 12 months and are contracted per phase with a per phase budget.
