Roll on/roll off date for resource
My team has resources going in and out of the team. It would be great to be able to add an optional start date and end date for a resource.

Yep, agree with Anonymous below - there are work-arounds but who needs that kind of hassle. This is a basic requirement really and should be part of the tool, simply for dealing with new starters and leavers as well as people rotating in and out of teams.

I agree, setting future dated availability is good.
Current workarounds force dual handling:
1. set to non bookable and set custom hours. then remove these settings at start date.
2. Leave resource settings as standard working hours capacity, and put a not available booking in to reduce team capacityNot elegant, and requires double handling, or more.
