Implement Project Report with Health indicators
At the moment, the Project Status can be used to indicate whether the project is active or not.
It would be good to have extra project health indicators by using simple traffic light system: red, amber, green.
Project report can include:
- Project health indicators
- Notes
- Risk level

Plus:
- Project reports can have frequency of weekly, fortnightly, monthly etc.
- Option to make reporting mandatory by Project managers
