I'd like to be able to create a project forecast which is independent from the resource hourly rate. I want to be able to show how the costs will be applied over the duration of the project, monthly. There are other costs beyond resources that I want to be able to factor into the project total cost (i.e. vendor costs etc).

Ultimately, I would like to be able to compare my monthly forecast vs the project budget vs the actual costs. Being able to add all of these individual financial attributes gives me a more complete picture of how my project is tracking.
