I would like to create a custom project dashboard which shows me the specific data points I need. Much of the info in the current layout is not useful to us. It would be much better if I could choose which dashboard widgets to include, and to potentially create my own, maybe a custom widget builder similar to the custom report builder.
To check on project health right now, I have to look at the single project scheduler page, and also run a custom report of budgeted hours, budgeted spend, actual hours, and actual spend. This going back and forth is wasted time just to glance at a few numbers, when the dashboard could show me what I want with one click.
Another important item - for some reason you can't choose a custom date range or even "project duration" within the project dashboard view, like you can with reports.
