You need to be an admin to book time or add events to the grid.
- Once you login navigate to the grid you want to add time and click on the cell in that grid where you want to add the time.
- If you would like to choose a range to book time over, then simply drag your mouse cursor over that range horizontally.
- Once you choose the individual cell or range of cells you want to book time on, you should see the "Book Time" button become active in the Grid Navigation.
- Click this button and a drop-down will be displayed showing all your groups.
- Choose the time you want to add from the drop-down options.
- The time should now be added to the grid.
