How can I add users to a grid?
Users in you system can easily be added to a grid in a number of ways.
via Manage Resources
- Navigate to the grid you would like to add resources to.
- In the left hand column of the grid you will see a button called "Manage" in the grid header.
- Click this button and add resources from your groups or add a new resource.
via Sidebar
- Navigate to the grid you would like to add resources to.
- In the sidebar for that particular grid, click on the context menu icon to the right of the sidebar.
- You will see an option to add users to the grid.
via Grid Settings
- Navigate to the grid you would like to add resources to.
- In the sidebar for that particular grid, click on the context menu icon to the right of the sidebar.
- Click on Edit Settings, a modal pop-up will appear.
- Scroll to the end of the pop up and click the button to "Show All Resources" (note: Resources may be called something else depending on your Hub Planner set up)
- You can select users that you do not want to appear in that grid.
- Press Save
