Yes you can have as many bookings and events as you like happening at the same time. That could be a recipe for disaster in planning so we have built a smart warning system to let you know when that happens.

By default each project is allocated 100% of time. If you overlap more than one booking on top of each other then a red overlap warning will appear visually indicating to you that there is somebody double booked or more. to solve this you can

1. Remove the overlap by moving the booking
2. Change the % or hours allocation on a particular time
