Report Builder Column Definitions

It is important to first understand the concepts of time we use in the report builder table. There are 3 main types of time that can be reported.
  1. Booked Time - means booked / scheduled project time on the grid
  2. Events Time - means booked / scheduled event time on the grid 
  3. Actual Time - means time reported via timesheets.
The columns of the grid can be toggled on and off as you wish. Some columns are disabled when viewing certain types of templates. The full column definition list is as follows:

Date Displays the Date - format MM/DD/YYY
Year Year
Week Week Number
Month Month
WeekDay Day of Week
NAME
Resource Name Resource Name
Project Name Project Name
Event Name Name of Event
TIME
Event Time Time booked on an Event
Booked Time Time booked on a Project
Actual Time Actual Time recorded via timesheets
Available Time The amount of time the resource has for that date.
Overbooked Time The amounf ot time the resource is overboked by. 
Utilisation How well Resource is utilised looking at their capacity and booked and event time.
Resource Capacity This is the amount of time in hours the resource is available that day.

Resource Status Displays the Resource Status
Project Status Displays the Project Status (Active, Pending, Floating, Archived, Planned)
Project Groups A list of Project Groups
Resource Groups A list of Resource Groups
Booking Type The type of Booking (Booked, Event, Actual)
Project Progress The progress of actual time to booked time for time period
PROGRESS
Total Project Progress (Booked) The total project progress of booked time. This looks at the (Total Project Hours Booked / Booked Time to Date)
Total Project Progress (Actual) The total project progress of actual time. This looks at the (Total Project Hours Booked / Actual Time to Date)
Project Rate Project Rate applied to Project
Resource Rate Resource Rate applied to Resource
Budget Type Type of Budget (Hours, Cash)
Booked Budget (Date Range) How much budget has been booked for a Date Range
Project Actual Budget Used The actual budget used so far if you use actual time via timesheets.
BUDGET
Budget Rate Type The budget rate type (none, cash, hours)
Project Budget (Cash) The cash budget if used
Budget Cash Booked to Date Booked Cash amount to date
Remaining Bookable Budget (Cash) Remaining amount of booked budget you have to work with in Cash.
Remaining Bookable Budget (Hours) Remaining amount of booked budget you have to work with in Hours.
Remaining Actual Cash Budget Remaining amount of Actual budget you have to work with in Cash.
Remaining Actual Hours Budget Remaining amount of Actual budget you have to work with in Hours.
Future Booked Hours Future Booked Hours - The total booked hours ahead of todays date. 
Booked Time To Date The amount of time booked to date. 
Total Project Hours Booked The total hours booked on the project all time. This returns booked hours from the very first booking to the very last. It does not matter what you set in the date range picker as it looks at "All Time" and not limited by a date range. You could reference this column when you want to see the total hours booked as a company towards one project in relation to how much you have booked over a time period. 
Total Project Actual Hours Worked (Reported) The total Actual hours reported on the project all time. This returns Actual hours reported via Timesheets. It does not matter what you set in the date range picker as it looks at "All Time" and not limited by a date range. You could reference this column when you want to see the total Actual Hours Reported on the project versus the Total Hours Booked. 
Total Resource Actual Hours Worked (Reported) The total Actual hours reported by a resource all time. This returns Actual hours reported via Timesheets. It does not matter what you set in the date range picker as it looks at "All Time" and not limited by a date range. You could reference this column when you want to see the total Actual Hours Reported by a resource versus the Total Hours Booked for that resource. 
Total Resource Hours Booked The total hours booked on the Resource all time. This returns booked hours from the very first booking to the very last. It does not matter what you set in the date range picker as it looks at "All Time" and not limited by a date range. You could reference this column when you want to see the total hours booked as a company towards one Resource in relation to how much you have booked over a time period.
