Hubplanner is currently very good for tracking the profitability of T&M projects with internal and external rates. However, when it comes to fixed price projects, Hubplanner is useful only in tracking the cost (internal rate). There is nowhere to enter the revenue taken per month from the budget. It would be great to be able to set the project as Fixed Price and then have the ability to submit a monthly revenue amount to be taken from the budget. Then be able to report on the profitability of the project per month using the revenue taken against the cost incurred based on the timesheets submitted. Perhaps the revenue could be linked to the milestones and then deducted from the budget if the milestone has been met?
