Allow me to request that a project is added to my timesheet
When I start work on a new project, it's only later in the week when I log my time that I find I haven't had the appropriate project added to my timesheet so I can't log the time and need to email the administrator manually to request it (which also requires that I know who the administrator is).
Instead, I'd (ideally) like to be able to pick the right project and request access to it without leaving the HubPlanner UI. Meanwhile the administrator receives an email about it which includes two action links/buttons - Approve/Reject - which do exactly as they say, allowing a one-click response to my request without having to faff around manually finding me and adding the project to me / me to the project.
You can do this as long as you have the correct role rights and permissions assigned to you. Also, some suggestions for you:
> Set notifications so that you can view your assigned project timeline - here you will note what your schedule is in advance.
> View My Schedule via the Scheduler
> Request Role Rights rom your Admin/Account Owner to switch bookings to the correct Project.
> Timesheets - Request Role right to add new entry
