    Hi, just a quick update here. There is a new option to hide the suggested time from the scheduler. Hopefully that helps the usage of how you use timesheets? Let us know if we can help further via support@hubplanner.com

    To hide the suggested time, navigate to settings > manage extensions > timesheets > display suggested time > checkbox to hide > save changes.

    Hi, thanks for the suggestion. Within reports, there are columns that detail the booking start / end date. This could prove useful in the meantime?

    Hi there, there are some filter options in the Audit Log such as the 'Action' items. See image here: https://mrkr.io/s/65cdefc67a6c8bfc78d3278e/0 Perhaps you can let us know what other filter options you would like to see?

    In the meantime, should you need to filter further, you can export the data and create a filter from there.

    Just a quick update here. Perhaps a little more functional that the phases by budget. We have introduced the ability to add a budget by booking category. If you navigate to the project modal -> billing tab -> you can now click the drop down and select a new 'budget category' which is a booking category. You can assign both hours and cash amounts.

    Hi, thanks for submitting your suggestion. We will endeavour to pop this on our list of backlog items for development.     We do have some 'Estimated' columns that are useful for such scenarios. They will combine Reported to Date and Scheduled in Future.

    Estimated Time / Spend / Budget etc.

    For now, if you added the data you want to search by via a Custom Field, you will be able to search the scheduler.

    When creating rates, you can opt to name them accordingly like QA Rate = X, Dev Rate = X etc.

    Subsequently assign the rates to the correct resources. We don't have an option to automatically assign a rate based on a Custom Field which is I think what you mean here? please let us know your thoughts.

    We have introduced the Budget/Billing Panel to the project header. Here you can view the following:

    Scheduled Time (All Time, To Date, Future)
    Reported Time (All Time, To Date, Future)
    Scheduled Spend Ext Rate (All Time, To Date, Future)
    Reported Spend Ext Rate (All Time, To Date, Future)
    Scheduled Spend Int Rate (All Time, To Date, Future)
    Reported Spend Int Rate (All Time, To Date, Future)
    Budget Cash Scheduled (Budget Amount, Remaining EXT, Remaining INT)
    Budget Cash Reported (Budget Amount, Remaining EXT, Remaining INT)
    Budget Hours Scheduled (Budget Amount, Remaining EXT, Remaining INT)
    Budget Hours Reported (Budget Amount, Remaining EXT, Remaining INT)

    The Project Dashboard also details the above data. Also, we can build a report to detail this too.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for taking the time to submit your suggestion. The request is to add some more details to the audit log of a booking. As of now we can detail when the booking was created, who by. Additionally we include details of who last updated the booking and when. What you would like to see is what the change exactly was. Did they move it, was it reassigned etc. We will try and detail the probables here and keep you posted on any updates. If you have further suggestions on what exactly you would like to see included, let us know here.

    Hi,

    Thank you for taking the time for your suggestion. As of now, when reporting time against a project in Timesheets, we can report time against the assigned booking category. We can change the booking category or indeed add a new row if there are multiple booking categories to report against. This request is to report time against a custom field? We should still report time against the Booking Category? Additionally add a Custom Field. Will it be a Resource or Project Custom Field? Or perhaps the ones pre selected from the Booking Custom Fields?
    Thinking this may have to be a two tier process given the CF title and then the selected option/answer. Perhaps you can explain a little more in what you envisage in Hub Planner?

    Hello, thank you for taking the time to submit your suggestion. So, within a Single Project View -> Billing & Budget Panel, we have the option to show hours scheduled and reported against the budget. The suggestion here is to have the option to switch between hours/days. Thus showing the days of scheduled against reported time. For now, you can see such info in days in a report. There is an option located in the report toolbar to switch between hours and days.

    Hi, thanks for taking the time to submit and suggest this idea.

    In the meantime, it can be a good idea to perhaps limit the resources that should have access to manage the billing rate card.

    You can find this via the Roles section via settings. Here you can select the role type who can edit and create billing rates from Billing rate card Settings.
