Time booked
Before your latest update (april 18th) it was possible to edit 'booked time' without opening a popup window. The popup is an extra step and extras clicks in my bookings.

We have now added the ability to have the datepicker and time allocation menu pop up from the 3 dots menu or the booking right click menu. This should be more optimal than having to go through the modal popup.
look for the "Start / End / Time" option.
I hope that helps for now, we will continue to look into improving it.

I'm having the same issue. Now when you click on the 3 dots on a booking you have to select "edit booking" before you can edit the start and end dates. Previously, this was an option through the menu off of the 3 dots. I forget the exact label that used to be there, but you could click start and then select the details in the calendar that popped up

Can you explain more what you mean exactly? You can edit bookings through the pop up menu, or through the Time Menu top right. You don't need to go through the pop up. All tools should be in the menu above the scheduler.
