I would like to change the Roles, so you dont have to be Admin for making a booking!

You need to be Account Owner to enable this feature. If you login as Account Owner you can navigate to Settings - Roles and check the box to allow team members to do this.

Could you please provide more information on how to change the ability to book time for a team member? I am an admin on our Hub Planner and when I go to Settings-->Manage Consultants-->Edit (on a team member)--> Role, I cannot find the checkbox you talked about; all I get is a dropdown box to change the role of the team member.

Yes, you can change the ability to book time for a team member for example. Under roles you will see a checkbox for "Add / Edit / Drag / Drop Bookings'
You can edit this setting for any role.

Anything new about roles? In our business everybody has to be admin to book them self, so it would be good to be able to define roles. PLEASE !!! :-)
