booked time resource per project
I would like to see how many hours I have booked per one resource. Simple report, that I can choose Project and resource/all resources and would see how many hours for every participant is booked overall

What we need is easier view for every resource how many hours we have booked him/her for a project like :
Project xy
-John Doe (20)Time sheets works on range and cumulative number is on the end of the sheet

Have you checked out our reports section, I believe we do this already?
There are a couple of reports you can achieve this with.
* Resource Time Reports (You can choose the resource and it will show you all their project time for selected date range)
* Time Sheets -> Resource Time Sheets - Here you can see actual and booked for a time range on projects.
