Smart Grouping
Smart Grouping allows you to dynamically create different groups by creating smart logic rules for any group.
Let's say you have a whole bunch of projects. You have everything from Design to Development and from New York to Stockholm Locations. Well Smart Groups makes finding all those projects much easier.
Once you correctly label each project, you can filter all projects with that label into 1 group automatically.
So in our example above you could have a smart group for
- New York Office Projects
- Stockholm Projects
- Design Projects
etc etc. There is no limit on how you create smart groups as you define the labels and can filter them.

Hi,
You can achieve this in reports no problem. Visit the report builder page and Filter by the Groups you want to report for. Per your example you can easily generate a report for Perth and Melbourne combined if you select only to see data for those groups.

Is it possible to create smart groups from smart groups? For example if we currently group our projects by studio location but wish to report on a group of studio locations (eg. Australia is a combination of Perth and Melbourne) there doesn't seem to be a way to achieve this?
