[Bug] Cannot click next/previous month icon in booking edit mode
If I click the next/previous month icons in the edit booking overlay the entire edit dialog closes (http://imgur.com/dI8frzi). It's impossible to change the month in this mode.

Show week numbers
It would be nice to be able to show the week number where applicable. For example in the date picker (http://imgur.com/jOu8gQH) and in the calendar view (http://imgur.com/jTRhW9O).

Individual Cost of resource
I would like to be able to enter the cost of each resource in an admin view. Obviously this would have a restricted access, but it would allow me to see profitability on an individual and group level.

Ability to track on-site and off-site work hours
Our teams often work both on-site (at the client) and off-site (at our offices). So a team member may be allocated at 40h per week to a project, of which 24h are on-site and 16h are off-site.
It's very important for us to track when a team member works on-site as we also have to take into account time for travel, etc.
9 votesYou can now do this via our Booking Categories and Brand new Timesheets just released today. You can create a booking category for Onsite and Offsite and then book time with that category, or have your team add the category when reporting time in timesheets. This can then be reported in reports.

Reporting :
I would like to be able to see see the Booking Title in reports. Additionally to report project/ booking notes and milestones names and dates. Thus allowing us to run reports of key milestones on a project by project basis.

Time scroll bar at bottom of screen
The ability to scroll the time forward or back rather than having to use the date function which I find quite unnatural.
It could be placed in the black bar at the bottom which doesn't seem to do much except take up space on the screen.2 votes -
Need cusytomization option to add new fields to Employee & Project
I want to add new fields like employee joining date, employee code, designation, years of experience, visa status, department, manager, location, gender etc & for all this I want to create my own dropdown list. In the same way, i want to capture more information on Projects & have customized dropdown list for each new field.
Please let me know if this is possible.The current planner gives me very limited picture & I am not able to use it for effective resource planning.

More flexibility in Roles
Specifically, I would like provide the ability for certain roles to run / view reports whilst restricting the ability "Add / Edit Projects or Resources"

Outlook Integration
Our users use their Outlook calendars to book meetings and hubplanner to look at the jobs they are booked in for. It would be great if Hubplanner could insert their bookings directly into each persons calendar. This would save heaps of time and reduce the risk of potential double bookings.

Workflow in Timesheet
You need the ability to lock down a timesheet so that it cannot be changed once it has been locked. This is different to saving the timesheet, the locking provides a level of control and communication, if for example your invoicing process depends on everyone confirming their timesheets are complete and accurate.

Archived projects counted in employees timesheets
I would like to have my archived projects counted in the employees timesheets, now, when I archive some finished project I could'nt check my employees timesheets after for example 2-4 weeks, becouse they all show 0 hours.
It would be very handy to have an option to count archived projects in timesheets

Projected over/under budget report
I'd like to have a percentage over/under hours that the booked time is vs the budgeted time. Sorting would be by project group and then project name. Fields would include: Budgeted hours/dollars; Actual worked hours/dollars; Future booked hours/dollars; Remaining budgeted hours/dollars; and a new option for % over/under with stoplight reporting red/yellow/green.

Sticky column headers in timesheets
Once the column headers have been scrolled off the top of the scrollable area (we have a LOT of projects in the list) it's very difficult & confusing to enter times as it's no longer clear which column is which day!
Sticky table headers would help address this issue, as would adding a gutter separating the days (i.e. after each pair of booked vs actual columns) to group them together.

Moving entire projects in time
For project based work, it would be handy to be able to move entire projects back or forward in time (all resources at once), and see the effect of that change on capacity.

Status - and colours - for bookings (not projects)
On multi-stage projects (most of our work) we need to be able to drill down and make status changes to bookings, not just top-level projects.
Would also be good if you could give project groups colourings (we us project groups as clients).

Skill sets
Would be nice to have add skill sets to employees and add skill set requirements for projects, so the app can recommend most suitable employee (both time and skill based) for the project
