  3. Add fields to resource notifications

    Similar to how the Customisation > "Display Custom Field Value under Project" currently functions, it would be useful to be able to add a Project custom field to the notifications which goto resources when they are scheduled upon a project.
    At the moment these notifications are limited to Name & Booking Category. Permitting the addition of a custom field would fulfil multiple use cases. In my current use case it would permit me to publish the Project Code / ID of a system I am integrating with HubPlanner.

  4. More information in the "approval request mail"

    When I get the mail of approval for a resource request I would like to have more all the information provided in the resource request, such as the amount of time requested (hrs per day/ percentage / total hrs) and request notes. This will make it easier/faster for the approving manager to approve/reject the request.

  6. auto save notes

    currently, you need to manually save any note applied to a booking. can ya'll update that to auto save? that enhancement would save clicks and the frustration that comes when something happens and you didn't hit save.

  9. Seperate Booking Categories for Projects and Events

    Please add additional options while adding/modifying category groups to choose if a particular group should be available for projects or events.

    This way users will use only categories dedicated for projects instead of having access to the full list.

  10. Ability to add a utilization target to a resource and report on it

    The ability to be able to add a utilization target to individual resources currently different team members have different targets. As a team manger I have an overall target for my team and it is difficult to report on that with out lots of excel which rather defeats the point of buying software for this.

  11. approve timesheets via mobile device

    It would be great if the Timesheet Approvers could approve via the mobile view and not just the computer view if possible. It seems you can only add but not approve there currently.

  13. Weekly Booking Summaries - add option to send out "next 4 weeks".

    Currently you can only send out the current week or the next week.

    We think it would be helpful to see the next 4 weeks. This would give us more lead time to catch mistakes and not have to adjust so urgently.

    The chart functionality of Hubplanner mentions the possibility to have stacked bar/columns, but it doesn't work.
    I had a zoom session with Hubplanner support and their suggested I log a request for improvement.

  18. Automatically populate public holidays in timesheets.

    Where a user has been added to global public holiday, Hub Planner should automatically populate the timesheet but without scheduling the public holiday in the Scheduler.

  19. Scheduler view link to timesheet improvements

    There are a few issues stopping us from using the scheduler currently. These are as follows:-

    • When you add time onto the scheduler, it cannot be removed from the timesheet view. Whilst it is good to see planned time vs actual time, there is no option of hiding or removing the planned time.
    • Tasks on scheduler view do not tie in with tasks on the timesheet view. If you put in a freeform box of what work you will be doing on the scheduler view, it should match what you want to put on your timesheet.
