Daily/Weekly minimum number of hours for timesheets
Resources should only be able to submit their timesheet entries when the total number of hours for a day or week equals or exceeds the resource availability for that resource. i.e. if I am contracted for 40 hours per week my timesheet needs to be equal to or greater than 40 hours

Differentiate between billable and non-billable hours in all report columns
For all columns in reports, we need to be able to differentiate between billable and non-billable hours (planned and reported). We need a way to show both billable time and non-billable time (and total time) in one report.

Report filter on value that "does not match"
Today, we can only filter on elements that match a certain value. It would be great to have the possibility to filter on elements that do not match a value as well.
Without this option, we are forced to give a value of a custom field to all resources or projects whenever we want to filter out a specific value.

Ability to create configurable dashboards
The current dashboards provide a lot of information but very little is what we would actually use. There are a number of requests on here for dashboard changes for some specific dashboards but I would like the ability create completely custom dashboards for resource and projects separately.

Add groups and schedules to vacation and resource request menus
Similar to how it works in timesheets approval, it would be great to be able to filter requests by groups and schedules created. Right now you have the option to expand by team and select individual resources but it would be great to filter by groups and schedules to isolate specific teams as well.

Viewing access to full scheduler
It would be great to allow users the ability to view the full schedule without having to give their role full permission to everyone, which in turn slightly disrupts timesheets and vacation requests and approval. Because we need everyone to see the full schedule as projects cross departments we need to give the team user access to all so can't set the permissions as we ideally would like

Allow team users to see custom fields but not edit them
This would allow a user to check what has been set against them and highlight anything they think may need to change, such as software capabilities or technical skills used to filter resourcing. You wouldn't want people self-certifying against these but they could flag up changes if they where able to see these.

Team users cancel requested bookings themselves
Team users should have the ability to directly cancel requested vacation or a resource request without the need to get an admin to do so. If the request has been approved, then this would be a request to cancel.

Holiday Planner Freeze Panels
Hi. I have set up a Holiday report and it would be useful if you could freeze more than one of the columns as it defaults to freezing the event ie Holiday but you really need to see the people too if you do a yearly view and scroll along

Make ressource availabilites on a daily basis as comma separated value possible
Currently, the availability is set to 15 minutes frames. In the past it was possible to set the availability via comma separated values per day.
The current state fits not our needs to set availabilities to 7,7/day to fit our working agreements. The workaround to set MO-THU to 7,75 and FR to 7,5 is not really a good one.

Add loading screen after 'bulk add projects'
It would be better if you can add a loading screen after clicking 'Import' during the bulk add projects process. Right now it goes straight back to bulk add screen which can be confusing, espcially if you miss the confirmation on the top right screen. I think the previous version was more clear as there was a confirmation screen as a pop up that you need to close it manually.

Share ownership of reports with multiple resources
I would like the possibility to share the reports I create with my whole organization, and allow some specific resources to update these reports along with me. Currently, only one resource (the owner of the report) can update it for the whole organization and it causes issues when we need to transfer the ownership of the said reports.

Larger fonts on booking bars
When you make the booking bar wider, the font that is showing hours and percentage still stays small. Even though you make the booking bar wider. I’d be happy if, when you select Extra wide, the font is much bigger so you can read it clearly.

Resource Confirmation/Changes
Realise that many users may have requested some form of 'undo' button if a project is mistakenly moved or removed from a resource.
Would it be possible to be 'prompted' to confirm if a user moves a project from one resource to another and also if they chose to delete a project from a resource?

manage the hours budget of each resource allocated to a project
It would be great to have in project master data the possibility to enter the budget hours allocated to a specific resource in addition to the total budget hours for that project. This will allow the project manager to keep track of delta's at resource level of hours scheduled / reported.

The project name to appear in notes
I think the previous version had this feature. I would suggest having the project name in the notes section of the project. I know it is under the 'information icon' but the main page we look upon is the notes, so including the project name there would alleviate going back and forth.

Expand the condtional formatting functionalities in reports
Currently, the condtional formatting is quite limited. It will never be Excel but atleast can you please include comparison between columns (e.g. if column B is greater than column A highlight column/row green etc.)

To be able to save the grouping in the 3rd level of a report
Currently, the 3rd level of a report is default grouped by Day. If you change the grouping and save the report the previous 2 levels will be lost.
It would be really useful if we can change the grouping in the 3rd level (to whatever we want) and able to save the report. Example navigation: Group by Project manager (1st level) --> Group by project (2nd level) --> Group by Budget category (3rd level)1 vote -
