Let the worker add distanse (km) pr day pr project in My Timesheet

Let the worker add a predefined tag for each site pr. day
The tags can be anything the company needs to have in the timesheet/report per day. Admin predefines the tags and the worker either chooses from a list or makes multiple choices.

appointment slots
We book a lot of appointments for clients, but we can only have so many going at a time (for coverage reasons). I would like to give my agents the ability to book their own appointments, so long as there is a slot available. Appointments are in units of 1 hour so I would need to be able to set the number of appointments available per hour.

Status
I should have the possibility to personalize the color and description of the status

@Mikael – Can you please clarify what you mean exactly? We give you the ability to have the bookings turn the status of the Project. The booking colors handle the color of the actual booking. Project Custom Fields in Alphabetical Order
Currently when selecting a custom field value (for example which adding the value to a new or existing project) They are displayed in the order that they were created. I would like these fields to be displayed in Alphabetical order.

Add discussion flow to every event/booking/...
It should be possible to have a discussion flow on every event/booking/milestone/resources/... with notifications/tag/@[Name]/... as any other social interaction.

PTO entered in Outlook would sync to Hub Planner
Link up Outlook so that if a resource plans Out Of Office (actually uses the Show as Out of Office) time in Outlook, it will show up in Hub Planner.

Bookings for project should show, for each resources, only the booking time for that specific project and not all his bookings

Internal vs External Project Dates
Have a way to show both internal team project timelines & external client facing timelines.
Currently there is no way to either toggle this on or off for each project/task in hubplanner.

Highlight Holidays clearly in grid
At the moment, it's very hard to differentiate between Events and Holidays in the grid and it's not easy to see at a glance what these are. Would it be possible to highlight or colour code a column for holiday instead of using the flags and hover method?

Customise text in Grid view
I would like to be able to choose the data that's displayed on the grid view, specifically I would like to choose to display what "group" that project belongs, so this can be seen at a glance.

Edit icon on booking not shown when scrolling "too far"
If you mark a booking you can see an edit icon in the far left corner (http://imgur.com/sDtEZvo,9bv0Z6O#1). I often use it to change the booking. If the booking spans over a few weeks you might scroll to the right, but the icon doesn't follow (http://imgur.com/sDtEZvo,9bv0Z6O). It would be nice to have this edit icon shown all the time regardless of how you've scrolled.

Choose the order that projects are displayed on grid
I would really like to be able to choose the order that projects are displayed in when splitting a day between multiple projects. Shorter tasks are sometimes missed when they're at the bottom of the pile.

Stop watch functionality
so resources can time how long they spend on a job. Harvest does this and our designers find it really helpful as otherwise it becomes a bit of a guessing game
