Toggle between favorite scheduler settings
I use the scheduler in a couple of different modes. Most of the time, I want to see a graphical representation of the reservation situation, but sometimes, I want to hide all reservation bars and just have a heatmap of availability (grouped rows + availability display => numbers).
It would be great, if we could have the possibility to save a few preferred settings for the scheduler and then be able to quickly toggle between those settings. In other words, being able to with one button click toggle between, e.g. a heatmap and a visual representation.

Filter scheduler by both resources AND unassigned work
As shown in the video below, when trying to manage a large pipeline of project estimates, when you need to drag planned work onto actual named resources, the current interface is too cluttered to make this easy.
It'd be ideal to be able to filter unassigned work categories as well as resources to drill down to the exact view of "what needs to be done" vs "people able to do it".

Add Outlook style contact list as common reference tool for team communications.
Almost every project we create involves outside vendors and consultants. Each project has a unique contact list that are an integral part of the team. A team member should be able to add Hub project contacts for team reference and contact. A user should be able to initiate emails from the project contact list and the email should be recorded and archived in the project available to all team members.

Split a booking in to parts within one booking
At present, if you break down a day's shift in to multiple projects, they don't overlap on the same row. This is very impractical when managing several resources. It would be great to see a feature where one booking can be split in to parts (e.g. break, lunch, other, etc with color coding) so that the interface continues to look intuitive and makes it easier for managers to visualize breakdowns for a resource at any given day.

Filter for Projects
In Projects, on the top I have the filter to view resources but I can't do a filter on projects. For example, if i am in Project A and want to quickly go to Project B, it would be good to type in Project B on the top filter instead of using the scroll on the left or search on the left.

meeting invite
Can it be possible for HubPlanner to send out meeting requests? (like outlook or google)
I know there is integration between Outlook currently but this only works with bookings. It would be great to be able to send out invites thru Hub so they appear in Outlook or Google (or vice versa if that function is easier)4 votes -
Ability to support a Fiscal Year (Jun 2016 - May 2017) with Weeks number 1 - 52.
A lot of companies operate on Fiscal Years vs. calendar years.

Capacity and Coverage planning
I would like a view where I can see how many resources I have assigned to a project (or project group) It would also be nice to be able to set a minimum number of resources (per hour) on a project and have a "heatmap" to show when coverage is low.

Keyboard Shortcuts Help page should use correct Windows/Apple key
Right now it appears to show the Apple Command key even though I'm on a Windows machine. It should probably be made agnostic of operating system. ChromeOS doesn't have a Command or Windows key at all.

Let the worker add a predefined tag for each site pr. day
The tags can be anything the company needs to have in the timesheet/report per day. Admin predefines the tags and the worker either chooses from a list or makes multiple choices.

appointment slots
We book a lot of appointments for clients, but we can only have so many going at a time (for coverage reasons). I would like to give my agents the ability to book their own appointments, so long as there is a slot available. Appointments are in units of 1 hour so I would need to be able to set the number of appointments available per hour.

Status
I should have the possibility to personalize the color and description of the status
4 votesHi, You can now personalise the color of the booking category and you could always personalise the color of the status.
@Mikael – Can you please clarify what you mean exactly? We give you the ability to have the bookings turn the status of the Project. The booking colors handle the color of the actual booking. Can you maybe provide further insight. We just released the booking category coloring which maybe will help you. See here http://hubplanner.com/display-new-booking-category-color/

Project Custom Fields in Alphabetical Order
Currently when selecting a custom field value (for example which adding the value to a new or existing project) They are displayed in the order that they were created. I would like these fields to be displayed in Alphabetical order.
