  1. Collapse All Option for TimeSheets

    It would be great if the timesheets had an option to "collapse all" or "un-collapse" all like you can in MS word navigation.

    The new interface is great if you only have a few lines but it's taken the old interface in the extreme opposite direction. Now instead of clicking lots I have to scroll lots and its not very easy to do that because in the new flat UI everything looks the same.

  3. Assign category for each Project.

    It would be good to have a specific "Category" assigned for each project created. At the moment it shows all the list of custom categories created . Thanks.

  4. Timesheet - "Submit All" button to submit ALL time entries for the week not just that line

    Its cumbersome having to sumbit each line and save each note indivdually. It would be great to just say "submit all" and be done. All notes, all entries are saved.

  5. Timesheet - Keep Page Layout Preferences

    Every week I have to hide the graph (which isnt useful for me), untick the "keep open while i add lines" checkbox etc. It would be great if planner remembered the settings I had chosen week to week.

  6. Timesheet - Enter Note on Selected Day By Default

    It would make timesheeting faster if when I entered time on a day and tried to add a note: the note opened for the day selected, not the first day in the week.

  7. Timesheet - View Notes with Hover/As a Tool Tip

    It would be really helpful if I could see the note contents in my timesheet without having to say "edit notes" every time. Being able to hover and read it would be great.

  8. Simplified Time Sheet Entry/Remove Animations Option

    It would make time sheet entry MUCH faster to have a table view with no graph or animations. Just something really simple and fast with a "submit all" button that submits ALL the entries for the week.

  9. Define workflow approval hierarchy - managing time

    It would be great to have the option to define a specific workflow approval hierarchy. As it is now, anyone with Manage Timesheet rights can approve anyone's time - which for us is too open. Ideally we would like to be able to define the approver for a particular resource or resource group. E.g. the HR staff's time is approved by the HR manager etc.

  10. Week numbers in addition to dates and months to the active experts view

    Currently it is not possible to display week numbers in the active experts view if the slot size is weeks. Instead it only shows days and month in the header. If I would be able to configure the week number visible, I would not have to use a separate calendar application aside the planner.

  11. Reports in weeks in addition to days and hours

    Reports section- you can filter it between Days and Hours to see the total that each employee is schedule for a particular event. Can you add a "week" filter so I can see how many weeks a person traveled or they were on call instead of just days or hours?

  12. the ability to default which group populates after initial log in instead of the "active employees" group

    To be able to set your profile settings to which group you want to display after initial log in instead of it auto populating to "active employees"

  13. Override custom resource availability

    Some resources typically work a 4 day week, but from time to time they work the full 5 days (based on project needs). We would like to be able to set their default resource availability at 4 days, but over ride this when required by manually allocating hours to a non working day.

    Dynamic capacity is now released. Customize resource availability on a more dynamic level. Also easily mark the resource schedule as not available making the time non working. Check out the blog and knowledge base for release notes. 

  14. Regional holidays that only apply to some resources

    Ability to create holidays that only apply to some regions/people - for example in Australia each state has it's own regional holidays. If we could set the working location for each resource, then create holidays that either apply to all or to a location/group - this would solve the problem.

    Currently we manually book a "Public Holiday" event on each persons schedule

    Hi folks! Just to update you on the latest release of the Global Public Holidays Extension – here you can create multiple calendars. Resources can be added to multiple calendars via the extension in Settings or via the Resource Modal. You can also auto-import public holidays per country at 4 different levels.   15. Custom rate per project role

    Some projects have multiple rates applied for the same resource - for example Project Management might be charged at a higher rate than Business Analysis - but the same person does both roles

    It would be handy to be able to create project roles and assign custom rates to each, and assign resources to each role (sometimes multiple resources to one role)

  17. Bulk timesheet management options.

    Organisations with large teams who wish to onboard to HubPlanner are going to have a horrible, horrible time with the current set of timesheet features.

    • Time management is done on a week by week basis
    • The interface is collapsed by default and it takes several clicks to even view the editable time fields per project
    • Entering time takes several clicks / doesn't work with the tab button

    Proposal:
    - Manager functionality to enable monthly view of timesheets
    - Bulk "approve all" button
    - Bulk import facility for retrospective time import from other systems (critical for reporting!!)

  18. Dashboard Resources Utilisation - Next Month

    Currently it is possible to define a time frame only on the Project dashboard but not on the Resources one.

    I believe that it's a key feature the ability to use the dashboard to see the predicted utilisation not only for the current month but for the next one as well.

  19. Feedback on the dashboard amendment

    New amendment at the dashboard shows the time allocation first in each row (e.g. 40 total hours in 11 days) before the project name - this actually hinders the overview of different project names across teammates. It might be better for users to choose to display the time allocation or the project name first in each project row
