    I would like to create a budget that can be broken down by group. This way I can see over under on a group level as opposed to global project level

  2. Show sum of hours per week per project

    I have plenty of resources which are participating project during the week. Would be nice to show actual booked time for the project per week so I don't need to calculate it by my self

  3. Dependencies on Tasks

    It would be nice to be able to move the project as a whole by adding dependencies to tasks. For example, design is dependent on wireframes; therefore when connecting them they will move together in the project when the schedule is changed. Without this you have to move each individual task as the schedule changes and that could be up to 10 tasks in one.

  4. Undo function

    Several times now I've been a bit trigger-happy and clicked the wrong item, seen something disappear, but not been able to work out what it was.

    And Undo function or list of activities would solve this 'problem'.

  5. JIRA API integration

    Pre-defined interface (preferably API) between Hub Planner (resource planning) and JIRA Tempo (time recording) to allow planned projects, resources and bookings to be imported/exported to enable comparison/reconciliation with actual time logged.

    Plus detailed reports to support deeper analysis.

  6. If user is assigned to work on more than one project, the width of the row should depend on the hours scheduled for the project.

    If user is assigned to work on more than one project, it would be very useful to have it visible the percentage of the time spent on each project: 4h on Project1, 2h on Project2, 1h on Project3, 1h on Project4. The width of the row should depend on the hours scheduled for the project.

  7. Ability to book for weekends

    It would be great to be able to plan resources for weekends and mark certain weekend days as working day. For example, we don't work 2nd of January 2014 while 4th of Jan is a working day.

    Is Hub Planner multi language and can it work with different localization settings? Also could one connect Hub Planner to online financial software packages?

  9. External Rate- Enter a Whole Cost

    My team would like to include a whole cost for the external rate.
    So instead of showing External Rate at 150$ per hour. It will be one lump sum of $2500.
    When we outsource a portion of a project we are billed a lump sum, not an hourly rate, and in order to catch it up to the active budget, we need to enter the whole cost in to the project.

    This would really help out!

  10. Add Tasks from Dashboard

    Dashboard is nice in theory, however you can't click anything to either add info or view further. Each item on the dashboard should be hot keyed for additional function.

  11. Remove UI elements relating to extensions that haven't been purchased.

    The UI is cluttered with extensions that we haven't puchased, which makes it harder for users, and leads to confusions (for example, "what Timesheets tool should we use now?"). Simple UI is so important to usability that this should outlay any benefits that come from sell-through as a result of people demanding these features.

  12. Timesheet actual values on scheduler with planned numbers

    It would be great to have the scheduler that could display the Timesheet actual values with the scheduled hours. We have the bar and numbers on but would like to include the timesheet actuals.

  16. show task list in tool tip display

    show task list in tool tip display - it currently shows names, notes and creation info but would be nice to see tasks done and left to be done at an instant.

  17. Possibility to configure the role names

    We would like to be able to configure the name of the roles. Account handler does not make sense in our business, where a person with that role is 'Project Manager' or 'Delivery Manager' and a team member is a 'consultant' etc.

  18. Option to display milestone text on timeline

    We would like to have an option to display the test of a milestone next to the dot. For instance, if the milestone is "RFP Due" that would be shown next to the dot in the gantt view. The dots are not translating to teams looking at the overall schedules. There is no context so not providing information unless you hover

  19. Notes Panel Docked

    We use a lot of notes. It would be nice if the notes panel did not cover up the scheduler screen, but could stay docked beside it....and it would be nice if the width was customizable.

  20. Share Group Resourcing with Resource Manager

    I would love to see a way to automatically send reports at whatever cadence we think works straight from the system to a resource manager. And/or send a link directly a department head. Currently the view of a group is the most valuable visual for resource managers and we have no way to share with them. Sending a PDF is not maximizing the value of the tool, and I'd like to see managers in the tool.
