  1. Public Holidays per Country / User

    I work for a global company and managing teams in different countries. We need to have Public Holidays specifically for each country and not all grouped together. At the moment it is showing I have so many public holidays (Hong Kong, Singapore and London)! Great as i dont need to work much now. ;0) Please make specific for each person in a company.

  2. Defect: The bottom scrollbar keeps disappearing in Chrome.

    I am looking at resources in the single rows view. I just noticed this defect today. The impact is that I cannot view other dates that are either left or right of the current view. Workaround, close the browser and reopen, it works temporarily. I do not know the exact steps, thats for your QA to figure out.

  3. Moving multiple bookings

    An issue which is frequently being raised by system users is that they are unable to move multiple bookings at one time. Projects are quite often pushed back which means that all of the bookings which have been created for that booking may need to be moved forward several weeks/months. The only way I am aware of is doing this currently is by holding ctrl and selecting the multiple bookings you wish to move – but with this it is difficult to see which bookings you have selected and can be quite fiddly - causing problems with the existing bookings.…

  4. Schedule Specific Notifications

    It would be useful to have email and/or desktop notifications for when the schedule is changed; i.e. when a new project has been added, hours have been changed, dates have been shifted, et cetera.

  7. Line Manager - Visibility of other Users submitted/accepted Timesheets

    Hi. It would be nice if a User can be given rights to view another Users' submitted/accepted timesheets. I manage and invoice for several Users' time, but I am not a Project Manager. It would be useful for me to see other Users' submitted and accepted timesheets so that I can easily monitor time logged and then produce Invoices from accepted Timesheets for multiple Users.

  8. Show submitted hours next to budget and scheduled hours on project

    It would be nice to also show submitted hours next to budget and scheduled hours in project scheduler view.

  9. Archived projects remain in the scheduler

    When a project is archived it automatically removes the scheduled hours from the operatives scheduler. When you look at the group then it shows "white space" and a whole day of availability against individuals when they were really booked at capacity. I would like to see any hours scheduled for archived projects remain against the individual

  11. Mark time entries (and bookings) as billable or non-billable

    A check box in both a booking and time entries to mark them as billable or non-billable. In the case of the booking, the resoure will know if it is billable or not. In the case of time entries, one can run a report (say weekly) to find all billable time and accounts can issue invoices accordingly.

    It would be great to be able to set cost and revenue billing rates for resources. For example when I am outsourcing my team, I need to bill clients at different rate for the team members and pay the team.

  14. calculate ressource rate in a project based on hours reported/scheduled and budget set

    I'd like a report (or dashboard for that matter) to calculate an actual rate per ressource given a set budget and reported time

    E.g.
    If a project has 10.000€ budget and there are 100h scheduled I'd like Hub Planner to show me a calculated rate of 100€/h

  15. Promotions

    It would be helpful to build in an option to change a resource's rate effective as of a certain date. Ex. Say I have a Software Engineer billed at $1 an hour and they are promoted to Sr. Software Engineer mid project stream. I would want to begin billing for their time when they are promoted without effecting historic rates/costs.

  16. Add a warning message before deleting projects or resources

    It would be great to add a warning message before a project or resource is deleted. Such as "are you sure you want to delete this project? All project data will be lost". I intended to delete the project and that was fine - but there was a resource I didn't intend to delete that got deleted and all her data was lost. If I had had a warning, I would have realized I was selecting the wrong option.

  17. Improving export options

    The export options from scheduler feel under-played. The jpg/png would benefit from a date range on it, and the csv/excel output has almost no information, not even the project names. Appreciate we can do all our work from within the tool, but there are those who like their PPT/PDF reports via email still, and right now this misses the mark for export. Any plans to improve?

  18. Default/custom availability is not sufficient

    The current default/custom availability integration is not sufficient.

    Example: I have a day off every 2 weeks. So in week 1 I work 5 days, in week 2 4 days, in week 3 again 5 days, etc.

    There are more employees in my company with that patern, but there is no possibility to enter it in Hub Planner.

    Dynamic capacity is now released. Customize resource availability on a more dynamic level. Also easily mark the resource schedule as not available making the time non working. Check out the blog and knowledge base for release notes.

  19. Compact/landscape oriented layout

    The new look seems to have been designed for a portrait style screen. It would be nice if you could toggle a more compact or landscape oriented view.

  20. Copy Project

    It would be a nice addition to be able to copy a project. For organizations that perform repeat (or close to repeat) projects, the ability to establish a template then copy it to the new project would be a great time savings. Alternatively, having more control over the import multiple bookings would be a good compromise. Being able to set the Booking Category or booking colors would eliminate the need for the user to clean up the project after the import.
