a single role (Project Manager) that can approve or reject submitted timesheets
When resources book their time against different projects, I'd like to see an option for the assigned Project Manager of those projects to be able to accept or reject the submitted timesheets.

Allow for budgets to be broken down into booking categories
The booking categories documentation (https://hubplanner.uservoice.com/forums/199077-what-s-next-for-hub-planner/suggestions/4292472-view-projects-in-timeline) seems to indicate that categories can be used to indicate different types of work (e.g. design, development, PM, QA, etc.).
Would it be possible to expose these booking categories for each project's budget, and allow for hours/$ for each category?
So my project wouldn't have just one 500 hour pool to book time against, but may instead have 100 hours for design, 300 hours for development, and 100 for QA.

Projectlead in sidebar instead of due date
we don´t work with due dates, so we don´t need them in the sidebar.
But what we really need is the name of the Project lead.

Allow team members to see the rest of the team without having to be an Account Manager
If an employee is set as having the team role, they can only see themselves. For them to see the rest of the team that they are part of, I need to set them as an account manager - however this then allows them to view all employees and projects even if they aren't part of the project. We would need staff to only be able to see the details for the projects they are part of.

Custom Project Status
It would be useful to be able to customise the preset project statuses. At the moment it has 5 options, Active, Archived, Pending, Planned and Floating. I would prefer to install a traffic light system for Needs Doing, With Client or Done...

Can multiple team members sign in individually to the same account? Rather than all using the same login emails and password combo?

Color coded utilization bar
on the Reports page, if the Resource is over 100% utilized, it should go to red, or even orange before reaching the 100% mark.

Assign skills to projects and look for available employees that match the skills.
Build a project and assign generic resources by skill then provide UI to allow user to search for employees that match those skills and see their availability.1 voteI added a note to the ticket.

Please create a Mobile app. I was trying to view the grid on my iphone and I couldn't see the sidebar where the resources are. I also couldn't see past the 21st of March.
The text in other areas also gets jumbled and out of format.

Edit color for project bookings by right clicking on bookings
We have personnel working in the workshop (7,5 hour days) preparing the equipment and we have the same pool of personnel that operates the equipment on site at our customer locations (12 hour days).
It would really be beneficial to be able to edit the project bookings by right clicking on a booking. Just like the other options you get when you right click a booking. That would visually show instantly if our personnel are planned for workshop work or work somewhere else.

Better way to define milestones for projects
The current way of defining milestones is not very comfortabel (Settings -> Milestones).
If you have a huge number of projects with a lot of milestones, the milestone list gets very confusing.It would be nice if milestones could be defined directly in the project settings or maybe in the timeline view where you can add bookings or events to a project.
We also would like to see a better way of filtering the list of milestones (e.g. by project, by project group, by date).

Icon "Edit Booking" and "Edit Ressource" is an exit icon -> confusing
This icon is an "Exit" or "Logout" Icon by learned conventions. We have 50 people working on the tool. Nearly each of them was confused with the icon.
Why not stick with classic Edit-Icons e.g....

Define individual Project links
We use not exactly the tools you defined under "Project Links". It would be nice to define our own Project Links (our select from a List including other common Tools like asana or atlassian

Vacation request option
We really need our staff to be able to request time for vacation, which when authorised automatically populated within their timeline. Detailing if any other staff are of during selected dates would help reduce conflicts on projects/sites
A running total of authorised vacation dates would also be fantastic.

Assign same booking to multiple resources
I need to be able to assign one booking to multiple people (resources). I can assign a booking to a whole group, but not able to chose individual people. Please help.

Add additional field for project income
I would like to be able to add information on total project income that can be used in reporting. This would be separate from the specified project budget and would be very useful for checking remaining profit in the event that additional work is requested or a project has gone over budget.
