Color coded utilization bar (more gradiations)
The utilization bar can allready be color costumized, but the gradiations are not really helpfull imho.
There present gradiations lead to the problem that an utilization of e.g. 2% gets the same color as an utilization of 99%, because the both count as "partial aviable".
There should be either a way to add costum thresholds for the existing gradiations or there need to be more predefined gradiations (e.g. at 25%, 50%, 75% utilization).2 votes -
Resources ordered as SURNAME+NAME
To display the resources as SURNAME+NAME and not as NAME+SURNAME (current setting) only. Having a lot of resources, this feature would be very helpful.

Zappier integration to create project in specific status
At the moment all projects created by Zappier integration in HubPlanner go against active projects. Need project status in the API from zappier to allow customer to chose what status to create new project in.

Bulk 'add' Tag
It would be very useful for the ability to bulk 'add' a tag to multiple resources at one time. The tag feature is very useful, however, takes time to add to each singular resource.

Allow project managers to add resources to a project they manage
As the name suggests. Allow those who are assigned as a project manager for a project to be able to add an active resource

Pre-Defined List of Tasks
My team perform many tasks during the week and often, it is the same types of tasks. It would be ideal to be able to select from a list of tasks that is configured by the administrator in addition to being able to enter custom task information (as exists today).
The quality of the task detail is diminished when I ask individuals to enter their activities as text every time.

Freeze Col in Resource Availability Heat Map.
I'd like the ability to freeze the name column in the Resource Availability Heat Map. So that when I scroll across to see availability I can still see the names of the resources. Right now, I have to move back and forth.

Not card-based rates per project
I'd like to have the possibility to freely change the rate for a ressource on a project without having to select a predefined card but simply put in an arbitrary number.
Main Use-Case: Adjust ressource rate on a project so that reported time * rate equals set budget

Add category to create project contextual menu.
At present we can schedule a project and add dates, allocation colour etc, but it would really helpful to add a 'category' at this point too. Presently have to go back in and assign, unless I am missing something?

Sort Billing Rate
So we can sort the Billing rate card by:
- Name
- Currency
- RateSometimes a person can have multiple billing rates depending on the clients. Would be good if we could sort from low to high or alphabetically.

Toggle between favorite scheduler settings
I use the scheduler in a couple of different modes. Most of the time, I want to see a graphical representation of the reservation situation, but sometimes, I want to hide all reservation bars and just have a heatmap of availability (grouped rows + availability display => numbers).
It would be great, if we could have the possibility to save a few preferred settings for the scheduler and then be able to quickly toggle between those settings. In other words, being able to with one button click toggle between, e.g. a heatmap and a visual representation.

Filter scheduler by both resources AND unassigned work
As shown in the video below, when trying to manage a large pipeline of project estimates, when you need to drag planned work onto actual named resources, the current interface is too cluttered to make this easy.
It'd be ideal to be able to filter unassigned work categories as well as resources to drill down to the exact view of "what needs to be done" vs "people able to do it".

calendar viewing options
I understand most of the world starts working on Monday, but it would be great to have the option to start our week on Sundays as well, as all of the GCC countries start on Sunday. This should be a viewing preference that is individually changed. I mention this because in our case, we have offices in Dubai (start Sunday) and Singapore (start Monday), and we don't want to change this globally. We need each of our employees to be able to control how they view their weeks.

Adding a title when uploading bulk bookings
When uploading bulk bookings it would be good if we could have a field to give each booking a title, rather than just defaulting to the project name.

Add discussion flow to every event/booking/...
It should be possible to have a discussion flow on every event/booking/milestone/resources/... with notifications/tag/@[Name]/... as any other social interaction.

Booking for project
Bookings for project should show, for each resources, only the booking time for that specific project and not all his bookings
