  1. Timesheet - View Notes with Hover/As a Tool Tip

    It would be really helpful if I could see the note contents in my timesheet without having to say "edit notes" every time. Being able to hover and read it would be great.

  3. Filter Manage Employees and Manage Projects lists by Active or provide default filter setting

    I would like to see only active records in the Manage Employees and Manage Projects sections as I am getting all the archived records shuffled with active records and have to scroll or filter every time I go to the page.

    Having 10 active projects I have to also deal with over 70 archived and select the relevant data every time I open the page.

    Of course this may affect other people so better solution would be to provide a kind of "default filter" setting per user for those sections so that every user could set it up as appropriate.

  4. Show budget hours on the schedular project view

    All of our team could really benefit from the budget hours showing next to the scheduled and reported hours on the schedular view for a project. In addition, it was a great feature that a project went to red when it was over reported. Is it possible to reinstate this feature?

  5. Several versions in the same time (scenarios)

    Hub Planner think is very good product but allows only one active stage (version) and this is very limited.
    Another option would be that allow "take pictures" of plans to make comparative and historical preserve.

  6. Bulk 'add' Tag

    It would be very useful for the ability to bulk 'add' a tag to multiple resources at one time. The tag feature is very useful, however, takes time to add to each singular resource.

  7. Duplicate existing Project Groups

    Without 'Client' categorization, we use project groups to category by clients. I'd like to duplicate an entire project group, where I use Monthly projects that close and open monthly.

  8. Indicate somehow from which day on a newly created resource is really available/bookable

    A newly created resource it not necessarily available from the day he or she is created in the hub planner. It should be possible to set a "Available from" date for a resource. And the resource shouldn't be bookable before his or her actual availability. Further on in the grid it should be somehow visually indicated that the resource can only be booked from day x on. For freelance/contractor resources it could also be helpful to set an "Available until" date and indicated it accordingly in the grid.

  9. Order of employees

    Allow the admin to change the sort order of the employees in the list. It would be handy for us to group them by disciplines.

  11. Status for milestones

    I would like to mark milestones as "Completed" or "Accomplished" and be able to query for Milestones that have been acomplished in any given period of time.

  12. the ability to default which group populates after initial log in instead of the "active employees" group

    To be able to set your profile settings to which group you want to display after initial log in instead of it auto populating to "active employees"

    Bookings for project should show, for each resources, only the booking time for that specific project and not all his bookings

  15. Reporting :

    I would like to be able to see see the Booking Title in reports. Additionally to report project/ booking notes and milestones names and dates. Thus allowing us to run reports of key milestones on a project by project basis.

  16. Resources ordered as SURNAME+NAME

    To display the resources as SURNAME+NAME and not as NAME+SURNAME (current setting) only. Having a lot of resources, this feature would be very helpful.

    I can upload multiple resources using CSV file however there is no option to edit resources in mass using CSV file or using application

  18. Improve project title visibility on resource schedule

    Currently you can't see the whole name of the project when viewing the team schedule. If the allocation is only a day or two for example, then the block is not wide enough to see the full name of the project unless you hover over it. This is an issue when printing it out for the team to view, or when you are trying to see the bigger picture of all bookings over a 1/2 week period.

  20. Letter search function on dropdowns

    To speed up the scheduling of a project it would be useful if you could search the letter in a drop down and be taken to that section of the alphabet. For example, selecting the category that a project comes under usually requires lots of scrolling, especially if there are a lot categories to choose from.
