Like there is the bulk move function it would be useful to have the option to bulk delete all bookings of a certain resource.

Project Managers to receive email updates
Project Managers to receive (daily/weekly) email updates/reminders about the bookings 'they are apart of' and which resource is scheduled to work on that particular project.

Total cost and effort per project phase
We need to use Hub Planner for defining the estimated cost and effort per phase in our proposals. Currently it is only possible to see the total effort for the project or to manually add the total project budget. I'd like the ability to link each schedule booking to a defined project phase and then see the total effort and total estimated cost (based on the hourly resource rates) for each proposed phase. We would then use this in a proposal and once a customer has approved the project, we'll report against it. Currently a project phase cannot be reported…

Annual Leave - Visibility for the Team
The new annual leave tracker is a great feature but I would like to add the possibility of every team member seeing the other holidays of his team members booked. It will save them time requesting time off when they know they are unlikely to get it when their colleague 'buddy' is already marked as being away. This is a feature available for admins but not for team members.

A quick books integration.
Our CFO uses Quickbooks for all our financials. So we’d need a way to integrate with it by downloading from and uploading to quickbooks. Do u have this in your plans as quick books is so widely used by all sizes of companies ?

Custom Project Status
It would be useful to be able to customise the preset project statuses. At the moment it has 5 options, Active, Archived, Pending, Planned and Floating. I would prefer to install a traffic light system for Needs Doing, With Client or Done...

Sync Hub Planner to the Microsoft Teams calendar
Some users are asking if it's possible to sync Hub Planner to the Microsoft Teams calendar, as they use less and less the Outlook calendar. Would be good to have that possibility!

Ability to report across Reported Utilization and Forecast Utilization
Currently it is possible to view historical / Reported utilization, and it is possible to view forecasted utilisation, but it is not possible to combine actuals with forecast to have a view of utilization over a specified period.

Project Cost Forecast
I'd like to be able to create a project forecast which is independent from the resource hourly rate. I want to be able to show how the costs will be applied over the duration of the project, monthly. There are other costs beyond resources that I want to be able to factor into the project total cost (i.e. vendor costs etc).
Ultimately, I would like to be able to compare my monthly forecast vs the project budget vs the actual costs. Being able to add all of these individual financial attributes gives me a more complete picture of how my…

Autosync scheduler between different users
The scheduler should always be up-to-date for all users. If two persons are viewing the scheduler at the same time and the first makes a change, then the change should immediately be visible for the second user as well without having to refresh.

In booked report need to see a sum of occupancy (sv:beläggningsgrad) in percent per day or week.

upload project and client images via api
In our daily use, it would be fantastic if we could also store a logo (image) for each created project via API. Currently this is only possible via manual upload. It would be even more convenient if we could assign an image to the client via api, which would be inherited by the corresponding assigned projects if no image was uploaded to them.

Dates for Resource Admin on Hub Planner
It would be great to see when a resource was created and added onto Hub Planner as well as when it was Archived.

Confirmation message when changing assignments.
It would be helpful to have an "are you sure" button or "confirm" before a change is allowed in the scheduler. Even if it was just a setting that could be turned off and on would be great. The ability to make a change in the scheduler to a booking is so easy that you could easily delete or change something without meaning to and there isn't a second step or undo button to fix or confirm what you're doing.

Ability for an admin to "view as" another user
As an admin, when a user reports an issue or function to me - it would be helpful to be able to switch my view to see what they see. This would help me determine if what they are experiencing is unique to them or by design.
