Visibility to when/who has created/updated a new project, event and resource
Currently it is possible to view who has created/updated a booking and when. I would like to see similar functionality for a project, event and resource.

Timesheet actual values on scheduler with planned numbers
It would be great to have the scheduler that could display the Timesheet actual values with the scheduled hours. We have the bar and numbers on but would like to include the timesheet actuals.

Print/Export Resource Dashboard
Resource and Project Dashboard are not exportable to PDF or Printable.

Ability to link custom fields with logic
Ability to link custom fields with logic so that only the fields required are displayed in dropdowns i.e Phase, Task and Activity Codes and have these fields displayed on the resource request and information tab for the booking. We have

Carry Over of Holiday
With the new holiday dashboard it would be useful if it could carry over any days from one holiday year to the next rather than having to manually amend each and every person.

Provide some sort of link between a booking and timesheet to simplify time recording (maybe via tasks?)
Currently timesheet entries only apply time against a project and any detail in the booking in the form of notes or tasks is lost an then needs to be re-captured when the timesheet is populated. It would be a great addition if a task list and/or note attached to a booking would be available on timesheet entry so the user could select what was worked on rather than have type it in again.

PTO entered in Outlook would sync to Hub Planner
Link up Outlook so that if a resource plans Out Of Office (actually uses the Show as Out of Office) time in Outlook, it will show up in Hub Planner.

Remove ability to enter Actuals on Timesheet for Vacation Days
If a day is booked as vacation, the timesheet still allows for actuals to be entered against the project(s). It would be useful if the Actual column was locked down to 0, as per the Booked column, to avoid data accidentally being entered against the wrong date

Enable all fields to be imported when loading multiple projects/resources
Currently only a couple of fields (name, email address) can be imported. Can't we add all fields?
[If the issue is that you don't want to build in a lot of data validation, can't you add a caveat?]

Binding task
It would be great to bind task like "If I move for two days task 1, task2 move with it".

Add Repeat booking only on working days
It would be good to add under Repeat option daily (working days). This way the booking wouldn’t be visible on weekends and public holidays.

Ability to add a utilization target to a resource and report on it
The ability to be able to add a utilization target to individual resources currently different team members have different targets. As a team manger I have an overall target for my team and it is difficult to report on that with out lots of excel which rather defeats the point of buying software for this.

restoring booking and projects
As admin it would be nice to be able to restore a booking or a project. Users with more rights can way to easily delete things by accident.

Billable time % by person
I would like to be able to report on the breakdown of billable and non-billable time, across all resources and also for each individual resource. At the moment Hub Planner doesn't allow me to easily see what percentage of reported time is billable and what percentage is non-billable.

Release Notes
Not a feature per se, but would be really good to be able to provide release notes to Admins so they can support change where needed, rather than end users having independently trying to work things out when functionality is delivered.
Recent example being the implementation of the new reports feature. While great, this took users by surprise as they tried to work out what they needed to do.
This may exist but I have been unable to find it....

From timesheet view add tooltip explanation of what the project is about
Within the users timesheet view be nice to add a tooltip detailed explanation of what the project is about. Maybe linked from the notes or the custom field.

When using Vacations extension, to block a resource from changing his already approved vacations, if that resource has allocation permission
We are currently implementing the Vacation Extensions and we checked that the Team that have self allocation permissions can also edit own Approved Vacation days. In order to assure that the planned and approved vacation days are maintained we need to have those days 'locked' and allow changes via the established approval workflow, thus keeping the Team members self allocation for projects

Remove UI elements relating to extensions that haven't been purchased.
The UI is cluttered with extensions that we haven't puchased, which makes it harder for users, and leads to confusions (for example, "what Timesheets tool should we use now?"). Simple UI is so important to usability that this should outlay any benefits that come from sell-through as a result of people demanding these features.

Notes Panel Docked
We use a lot of notes. It would be nice if the notes panel did not cover up the scheduler screen, but could stay docked beside it....and it would be nice if the width was customizable.
