Notifications when an employee is not assigned to a project
I would like to receive notifications from the system (either email or an alert within the system) when an employee isn't assigned to a project or is about to complete his current project, so that I can look for another project for such employees or prolongate his current assignment.

Login Page Personalisation - Logo
for your own instance of hub planner (i.e. https://yourcompany.hubplanner.com), where the Hub Planner logo appears above the email and password fields, it would have the company's logo there instead.

Adding documents to projects
As I receive briefs (Word doc or PDF), I would love to be able to add them to a project so briefs don't get missed.

Create Desktop Widget That Is Basically A Mini Timesheet Interface
To help with Time Management it would be great to have a desktop app that a user can log into and log the tasks they are working on in their time sheet. Ideally this would live in the task bar and display the current task.

Project/ task status
For creative time it's important to add new status /workflow for tasks (Completed, sent for approval, ongoing, on hold, cancelled..etc.)

change date display format
It appears that all the dates are shown in Day/Month/Year format (today would be 21/10/2014), which, for someone who reads dates as Month/Day/Year (like (10/21/2014), is quite confusing. Could you add a setting for global date display formats that allows me to change my dates to be shown in the format I prefer?

Automatically populate public holidays in timesheets.
Where a user has been added to global public holiday, Hub Planner should automatically populate the timesheet but without scheduling the public holiday in the Scheduler.

Custom Booking Fields
There are currently resource and project custom field options but not booking specific custom fields. We would like the option to add custom booking fields to track metadata at the booking level.

Customizable Project Dashboard
I would like to create a custom project dashboard which shows me the specific data points I need. Much of the info in the current layout is not useful to us. It would be much better if I could choose which dashboard widgets to include, and to potentially create my own, maybe a custom widget builder similar to the custom report builder.
To check on project health right now, I have to look at the single project scheduler page, and also run a custom report of budgeted hours, budgeted spend, actual hours, and actual spend. This going back and forth…7 votes -

split screens
Allow Split Screen for easier planning i.e. when I am booking a project, I want to see which Visual Designers are available (ie. the bookings screen for a particular resource group) without leaving my current screen. When I am looking at a heatmap of resource availability, I want to see the bookings screen so I can make adjustments immediately without losing sight of the heatmap.

ability to import time on a regular basis
HP has the ability to bulk import timesheets while onboarding but there is no feature to import time each week for individual users.
Ideally, there's a template that the user populates during the week and then imports at the end of the work week, using excel to quickly capture time rather than clicking the individual box to input time.
This would be very helpful for users (like myself) that have 49 projects and 3-5 categories for each project. The UI is in efficient for timekeeping with this volume of projects and categories. Additionally, competitor software allows for weekly individual import/upload.

approve timesheets via mobile device
It would be great if the Timesheet Approvers could approve via the mobile view and not just the computer view if possible. It seems you can only add but not approve there currently.

Push Notifications
Allow a user to setup or request push notifications to their cell phones (we know about iCal) so they can get changes/notifications to their schedules through that mode instead of relying on email notifications.

Make "Vacation Days per Year" allowance to be specified per year
When setting up the vacation days for 2019 I've noticed that historical reports for 2018 have changed too in terms of "Vacation Days per Year" allowance thus showing incorrect data.
Please add a possibility to set the vacation days allowance for each year separately to not break the historical data of previous years.
