  1. Custom Project Status

    It would be useful to be able to customise the preset project statuses. At the moment it has 5 options, Active, Archived, Pending, Planned and Floating. I would prefer to install a traffic light system for Needs Doing, With Client or Done...

  2. Create Desktop Widget That Is Basically A Mini Timesheet Interface

    To help with Time Management it would be great to have a desktop app that a user can log into and log the tasks they are working on in their time sheet. Ideally this would live in the task bar and display the current task.

  3. Reorder resources

    I'd like to view the resources in a custom order (drag n drop would be nice) as Alphabetical is not ideal.
    Displaying by group would be best

  4. Dashboard Resources Utilisation - Next Month

    Currently it is possible to define a time frame only on the Project dashboard but not on the Resources one.

    I believe that it's a key feature the ability to use the dashboard to see the predicted utilisation not only for the current month but for the next one as well.

  5. Overtime Rate

    If a resource is ulitised at an obscure time i.e Migration from 7pm to 12am or required to work over the weekend, we charge them a penalty rate. HubPlanner doesn't have the capability to indicate the work as overtime and therefore apply the penalty rate (base rate x 1.5%), flowing into billing so the client can see they were charged 8 hours at normal rate and 3 overtime hours at the penalty rate.

  7. Adding multiple Resources to same booking (drag'n'drop) in the 'All Group Bookings' view

  8. Push ical to hub

    It would be useful to schedule eg. meetings in iCal and then these appear in Hub.

  10. Timesheet actual values on scheduler with planned numbers

    It would be great to have the scheduler that could display the Timesheet actual values with the scheduled hours. We have the bar and numbers on but would like to include the timesheet actuals.

  11. Allow for budgets to be broken down into booking categories

    The booking categories documentation (https://hubplanner.uservoice.com/forums/199077-what-s-next-for-hub-planner/suggestions/4292472-view-projects-in-timeline) seems to indicate that categories can be used to indicate different types of work (e.g. design, development, PM, QA, etc.).

    Would it be possible to expose these booking categories for each project's budget, and allow for hours/$ for each category?

    So my project wouldn't have just one 500 hour pool to book time against, but may instead have 100 hours for design, 300 hours for development, and 100 for QA.

  12. Notifications when an employee is not assigned to a project

    I would like to receive notifications from the system (either email or an alert within the system) when an employee isn't assigned to a project or is about to complete his current project, so that I can look for another project for such employees or prolongate his current assignment.

  14. Ability to manage non-empoyee resources (equipment, etc.)

    We use a variety of non-employee resources, predominantly specialized equipment. We need to plan the jobs around those resource availability as well as human resources and bill our customers on there usage.

  15. Booking Repeat Interval Options

    More booking repeat interval options such as 2nd Monday of each month, quarterly etc.

  16. Adding documents to projects

    As I receive briefs (Word doc or PDF), I would love to be able to add them to a project so briefs don't get missed.

  17. Ability to book for weekends

    It would be great to be able to plan resources for weekends and mark certain weekend days as working day. For example, we don't work 2nd of January 2014 while 4th of Jan is a working day.

  18. Improving export options

    The export options from scheduler feel under-played. The jpg/png would benefit from a date range on it, and the csv/excel output has almost no information, not even the project names. Appreciate we can do all our work from within the tool, but there are those who like their PPT/PDF reports via email still, and right now this misses the mark for export. Any plans to improve?

  19. Notes Panel Docked

    We use a lot of notes. It would be nice if the notes panel did not cover up the scheduler screen, but could stay docked beside it....and it would be nice if the width was customizable.

  20. Ability to set vacation allocation for a resource

    Ideal - set a number of days vacation for each resource and then see a report for how many days remaining/used.
