Collapse All Option for TimeSheets
It would be great if the timesheets had an option to "collapse all" or "un-collapse" all like you can in MS word navigation.
The new interface is great if you only have a few lines but it's taken the old interface in the extreme opposite direction. Now instead of clicking lots I have to scroll lots and its not very easy to do that because in the new flat UI everything looks the same.

"Effective utilisation" stat
In reports, "available time" and "utilisation" are calculated as a ratio between available time and booked time.
It would be great to have also an "effective utilisation" ratio based not on booking/available but on reported/available, to see on the past weeks who was unoccupied...
Same thing in the timesheets : it's great to see how much time was declared in comparison of what was booked, but it would be great to have also "how much time was declared in comparison of available time for this ressource".
5 votesYou now have reported utilization and reported availability metrics within the report builder.

Individual Cost of resource
I would like to be able to enter the cost of each resource in an admin view. Obviously this would have a restricted access, but it would allow me to see profitability on an individual and group level.

Global Milestones?
We have sprint start and end dates that wont change no matter the project. Would be nice for them to be highlighted when a PM or Producer starts a new project. That way they can plan jobs around the milestones, without having to chase for details.
5 votesCheck out the latest release. The new Phases may help for sprint planning

Grid Overview Report
I would love a report that would show a six month view of the grid by Project and by Resources assigned to that project. Something like:
Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr May ___________________________________
Engineer #1 |___________Project A________|
_________________________________
Engineer #2 |________Project B_______________|Creating a visual that shows the entire grid of Projects and assignments.

Mobile view/update
Currently we can't see schedules via mobile devices, is there any plan in the future to view and edit the schedules via mobile website or mobile apps?
5 votesWe have now released Mobile Support with a brand new look and feel.

team members and editing of plan
I think that some team members that I allow should be able to edit their own planning. Sometimes they works more/less on something and I'd like to have that info inside the planning.

Export your working hours into an invoice
Working for several hours on a project sounds great. Saving the hours and being able to actually see how much time you spent on a project sounds even better. But the thing that I really miss is the option to export these hours straight into an invoice. After all, it's about the money, right?
5 votesYou can do this with our New Report Builder. THere is an invoice option beside the print button to generate an invoice. This is just a phase 1 implementation but maybe get you what you are after.

Project Group View
Clicking on a Project Group in the left-hand pane filters the bookings in the right for the projects within that group.
Alternatively, an "All Bookings" option is generated for within each group, just as there is an "All Bookings" option within Active Projects.
[Context]
Using Project Groups to separate teams or divisions within the same organization, whose projects and resources do not often overlap.

Smart Grouping
Smart Grouping allows you to dynamically create different groups by creating smart logic rules for any group.
Let's say you have a whole bunch of projects. You have everything from Design to Development and from New York to Stockholm Locations. Well Smart Groups makes finding all those projects much easier.
Once you correctly label each project, you can filter all projects with that label into 1 group automatically.
So in our example above you could have a smart group for
- New York Office Projects
- Stockholm Projects
- Design Projects
etc etc. There is no limit on how you create smart groups…

Timesheets - More granular feature controls
We currently have team managers approve timesheets and an administrator who locks all timesheets for a week. Since there is only one role setting in timesheets for 'Approver' we can not prevent anyone who is an approver from unlocking or modifying prior entries. Please add more controls in Roles over Timesheet features.
4 votesHi,
We have added some more controls to the timesheets part of Hub Planner. You can read about the updates here

Ability to make custom fields mandatory when making a resource booking
When adding a resource booking we have some custom fields that we have created however it is not possible to make them mandatory therefore users are not completing them. We would like the ability to flag a custom field as manadatory with validation when using the Update button
4 votesHello, quick message to inform you that your feature request for mandatory custom fields has now been successfully implemented. Mandatory custom fields are now live in Hub Planner.
Any questions or feedback, please do let us know.
Best,

Assign category for each Project.
It would be good to have a specific "Category" assigned for each project created. At the moment it shows all the list of custom categories created . Thanks.

Timesheet - View Notes with Hover/As a Tool Tip
It would be really helpful if I could see the note contents in my timesheet without having to say "edit notes" every time. Being able to hover and read it would be great.
4 votesThere is a new toolbar which shows you the notes on click
Check it out here

Override custom resource availability
Some resources typically work a 4 day week, but from time to time they work the full 5 days (based on project needs). We would like to be able to set their default resource availability at 4 days, but over ride this when required by manually allocating hours to a non working day.
4 votesDynamic capacity is now released. Customize resource availability on a more dynamic level. Also easily mark the resource schedule as not available making the time non working. Check out the blog and knowledge base for release notes.

Scheduler - Filter on Available or over allocated resources
In the scheduler view it would be nice to have a filter (or toggle) allowing you to show only available or over booked resources for the time period displayed.
This would be useful when trying to re-balance bookings across resources.
4 votesHappy to take you through the new filtering options available to you.
Please reach out and we can schedule a quick call.
Thanks,
Team Hub Planner

Archived projects counted in employees timesheets
I would like to have my archived projects counted in the employees timesheets, now, when I archive some finished project I could'nt check my employees timesheets after for example 2-4 weeks, becouse they all show 0 hours.
It would be very handy to have an option to count archived projects in timesheets

Change event color
Vacations are currently red, which catches the eye as an overbooking. It would be good to be able to set event color, so we could change vacations to something dismiss-able, such as black or grey.
