hours displayed - booked vs free
Would like to see the hours booked instead of seeing the free hours when we look at a group of ressources?

Ability to link custom fields with logic
Ability to link custom fields with logic so that only the fields required are displayed in dropdowns i.e Phase, Task and Activity Codes and have these fields displayed on the resource request and information tab for the booking. We have

24 Bookings calendar with 8 hrs capped availability
We would like to be able to cap availability at 8hrs but be able to book resources within a 24 hr period and cap. Currently if we change the working day to 24 hrs then the resource shows with 24 hrs availability and not 8 hrs. We also want to be able to exclude weekends from availability but book resources in when required.

email invoices
Can you please allow for HUB Planner invoices to be emailed to an email address as designated by the user.
I waste so much time printing these off and processing them for our finance system. We use receipt management software which allows us to email invoices directly to it for processing (either as emails or pdfs attached to emails).
Other cloud software providers we work with are able to do this, it isn't hard so why haven't you implemented this yet?

When using vacation approval, a direct booking of vacation in scheduler should not be possible
When using vacation approval, a direct booking of vacation in scheduler should not be possible.
Currently, resources are able to directly book vacations in the scheduler even if they „should“ use the vacation approval.

hover
When in week view, I would like to see the days that a project is scheduled in the hover. The Created Date and Updated Date are not useful.

column width - hours scale
In the scheduler view, hour scale, there is an option for width with some predefined settings. The setting of 10 is to compact for my liking and the setting of 40 is too wide so a whole day doesn't appear on one screen when set to 30 minute interval. Can we have some additional width options or ability to type in our own value.

Booking View to show all booking details
We need to be able to display all the information and custom fields to users without the option for them to be able to edit the booking

Two-level bookings on team and person
Being a team of around 30 developers, we recently changed our overall resource planning to only schedule teams. So if a new project comes in, it is assigned a team for a period of time.
And then it is up the project/team manager and the team to plan individual tasks within the team.
I have searched everywhere and I can't find any tool that supports this model. An overall look at teams on a timeline and with the ability to zoom into a specific team and look at tasks within the team.
I'm sure much bigger development departments are not…

Ability to customise the Invite Email
It would be useful at some point if it was possible to customise the standard Invite Email. For example, I would like to add info who to contact for internal support and how to first set up your account (iCal sync, My Preferences etc).

A quick books integration.
Our CFO uses Quickbooks for all our financials. So we’d need a way to integrate with it by downloading from and uploading to quickbooks. Do u have this in your plans as quick books is so widely used by all sizes of companies ?

Left margin should be sizable
I would like the left margin where projects or resources are displayed to be sizable so I can see the full project name

invoice download
Bit of a no brainer these two (IMO). Can you allow an invoicing contact to added to the system please? Instead of having to go in and get them?
Would also be great to download a PDF of the billing receipts - you only have a 'print' option.3 votes -
iCal For Milestones Only
I'd like to have a calendar subscription available for milestones only. Would be very useful for keeping an eye on big events.

Improve project title visibility on resource schedule
Currently you can't see the whole name of the project when viewing the team schedule. If the allocation is only a day or two for example, then the block is not wide enough to see the full name of the project unless you hover over it. This is an issue when printing it out for the team to view, or when you are trying to see the bigger picture of all bookings over a 1/2 week period.

Resources ordered as SURNAME+NAME
To display the resources as SURNAME+NAME and not as NAME+SURNAME (current setting) only. Having a lot of resources, this feature would be very helpful.

Zappier integration to create project in specific status
At the moment all projects created by Zappier integration in HubPlanner go against active projects. Need project status in the API from zappier to allow customer to chose what status to create new project in.
