Cancelling holidays
Currently resources have to request an admin to cancel their holiday requests from the scheduler once approved. Normal users that don't have access to change the scheduler should be able to remove leave from the scheduler or request to cancel via the vacation tab.

Projects
Ability to add the budget hours broken down into phases, for example, total project hours of 40, 10 design, 20 deployment, 5 design, 5 decom. Then be able to pull reports on the budget phases against the actuals.

Allow for worker schedules to change each week
There are frequently freelancers/contractors whose schedules change each week. Amending the hours per day will impact current/past projects. It would be nice to be able to plan ahead for workers whose schedules change and enter future schedules in.

Sync calendar time slots to timesheet
Within my Outlook calendar I would allocated time to jobs/projects. It would be great to have a function that imports these into the timesheets section of HUb Planner with the added option to approve or edit the job/times that we allocated in our calendar

Currency information in Billing & Forcasting reports export
We have external rates in multiple currencies, when report is exported in XLS/CSV no information on currency is available.

Improved accessibility, #a11y, improved colour contrast, improved log-in feature, improved options to edit and see a week at a glance.
Improved accessibility - for screen-reader software like JAWS and NVDA, better mobile optimisation, in line with WCAG 2.1, better colour contrast, including especially for the links, and keyboard control options.
Removing the background images from the log-in page, to avoid extra distraction.
Improved visibility of a week at a glance.
Improved authoring tool settings (ideally thinking at least about ATAG) so that it is easier to add leave and key events across all team members.
Change the name from "resources" to "staff"? or "people".

Vacation request
- Users are currently able to request vacation days even if they have used their allocation. In addition, this can be approved and shows as a negative but doesn't inform the approver that they no vacation left. The system should not allow holidays to be requested if users have already used their allocation
- Custom Vacation allocation, you should be able to adjust this for next year as some users may get extra vacation for continuous employment, etc and this can't be added until the following year without impacting existing allocations.

Ability to assign soft and hard commitments to resources.
This would help a project manager to prioritize workflow and be able to move around resources and change allocations based on resources availability.

Would be great to see all the info listed below (preferably on one screen):
a. all vacation requests
b. + their previous approved requests
c. +available days left
d. +project(s) they involved
e. and even other people involved to that projects (to avoid overlap)1 vote -
Be admins of specific resource groups
It would be great if you could be an admin solely of a specific resource group. This is so that people dont have to view data of other teams (resource groups) and only have access to what their team is doing.

milestone
Milestones for a given project do not show up on the same line/level in the project and ressources view, instead they are spread out wherever there is place for them in the project row. Would be great to have them located all at the top for one given project.

reason for rejection
when you reject a line in timecards, you currently don't have the in-line option to provide a reason that line was rejected. the supervisor needs to communicate that to the employee separately. if there is a line to provide reason for rejection, that would streamline the communication and time sheet adjustment.

Export data to Microsoft Power BI or Tableau for reporting
It would be good if HubPlanner could automatically feed standard reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI

Single Sign On (SAML) for VMware Workspace ONE (Identity Manager)
I would really like to see a Single Sign On (SSO) + SAML for the integration between Hubplanner and Workspace ONE (Identity Manager).

Notifications only when changes are made by others
Each user would only receive a notification when there is a change to that user's schedule, and that change is made by someone other than that user. Basically, if you are making changes to your own schedule, you should not receive a notification.

Add working hours to the project
For small, multiple projects with different working hours, would be great to be able to add working hours when setting up a project rather than having to add every time you assign an resource

From timesheet view add tooltip explanation of what the project is about
Within the users timesheet view be nice to add a tooltip detailed explanation of what the project is about. Maybe linked from the notes or the custom field.

Add field for Activity Title when creating a booking.
It would be helpful if there was an option to add a title when a booking is created. Currently, you can only edit the title of each booking after the booking has been created - either with the right click menu or the edit feature in the toolbar. The title cannot be changed in the booking window itself.

Sub groups should take into account overlapping
Group counts should only include "distinct" users instead of the count of users in the group plus the count of users in the sub-groups.

Keep resource request notes visible in booking once the request is approved.
When submitting a resource request and adding a note to it, it is saved successfully and visible to the request approver. Once the approver approves the request, the ensuing booking does not show the request note anymore and that way information is lost between the request and the actual booking. Maybe the request note should remain visible in the booking or be simply copied over to the booking notes section or something else.
Thanks!
