  2. Show usage/capacity as % of week used. As visual fill-up bar.

    usage vs capacit shown as % of time per week.
    Preferably as a visual fill-up of available time for each week.

  3. In the Grid - The ability to filter resources by two groups

    As an example, we have three offices and each one is defined as a group. In those offices we have technicians and engineers. Those are also groups. I'd like the ability to look at, for instance, all technicians in a specific office. I don't see that that's possible now, but it would be very useful.

  4. Several versions in the same time (scenarios)

    Hub Planner think is very good product but allows only one active stage (version) and this is very limited.
    Another option would be that allow "take pictures" of plans to make comparative and historical preserve.

  5. Need a sum of occupancy per day/week

    In booked report need to see a sum of occupancy (sv:beläggningsgrad) in percent per day or week.

  6. Allow projects with same name in different project groups

    Im using groups when a customer has more than one projekt.
    eg I have "customer A"as group and projects "development" and "marketing" as projekts in that group.
    Unfortunately I am not allowed to use project names like "marketing" for different clients.
    Would be great if I could do so.

  7. Allow Copy & Paste when I edit the Title of a Booking

    Would be great if I could paste a trello-URL to the title of a booking when I do the right click "edit title".
    Right now I'm only able/allowed to write something but not to paste content.

  8. Shortcut from resource timeline, to show all resource allocated to project timeline

    It would be good, if you're viewing a resource on the timeline, to be able to double click, have a right click option, to jump to view all resource allocated to that project. This would save having to filter out the project to view this.

    IE, I am looking at Designer A's schedule. She's working on Project A, I right click and "view project timeline" and then see Designer A, but also UX C and Dev B schedule on the same project.

    Would be nice to be able to input comma (",") as decimal sign. Since in norway decimal sign is comma.

  10. Indicate somehow from which day on a newly created resource is really available/bookable

    A newly created resource it not necessarily available from the day he or she is created in the hub planner. It should be possible to set a "Available from" date for a resource. And the resource shouldn't be bookable before his or her actual availability. Further on in the grid it should be somehow visually indicated that the resource can only be booked from day x on. For freelance/contractor resources it could also be helpful to set an "Available until" date and indicated it accordingly in the grid.

  11. Make bulk changes in resources such as group change

    I can upload multiple resources using CSV file however there is no option to edit resources in mass using CSV file or using application

  12. Change font colour on lighter project colours

    If a project has a yellow colour, the white text is impossible to read in the calendar view.

  14. Dependencies on Tasks

    It would be nice to be able to move the project as a whole by adding dependencies to tasks. For example, design is dependent on wireframes; therefore when connecting them they will move together in the project when the schedule is changed. Without this you have to move each individual task as the schedule changes and that could be up to 10 tasks in one.

  15. Undo function

    Several times now I've been a bit trigger-happy and clicked the wrong item, seen something disappear, but not been able to work out what it was.

    And Undo function or list of activities would solve this 'problem'.

  18. Ability to lock a booking so another admin can't adjust it

    Some bookings really shouldn't be editable - they need to be locked.

  19. Ability to set vacation allocation for a resource

    Ideal - set a number of days vacation for each resource and then see a report for how many days remaining/used.

  20. Reorder resources

    I'd like to view the resources in a custom order (drag n drop would be nice) as Alphabetical is not ideal.
    Displaying by group would be best
