It is very important to improve the reports. Please make the possibility to show the dedicated resources per project on project reports.

Dashboard: accumulated "Project Timeline" for all active projects
A "Project Timeline" can be found under "Dashboard" on project level. What I am currently missing is an opportunity to see all active projects in one overview with their respective time lines specified. I could imagine this functionality would look very similar to a gantt chart. The goal of this functionality is to be able to define the status (phase or milestone) of various projects at a quick glance.
Thanks for considering this development!

4. Click the small tv icon in the scheduler
5. Now you will see all milestones dates etc for all projects -
Request resource from WITHIN the Scheduler view instead of going to Request screen
While in Active Resources view in the scheduler, as we are assessing the Unassigned Work needs…when we “find” a resource that might fit the criteria it would be GREAT to be able to request a resource from THIS view. To have to go to the Top Ribbon to request a resource we need in scheduler view is kinda a drag…
We need “request resource” to try to fulfill the NEED. A la, one of the options of how to handle an "unassigned task" in addition to "reassign booking" there would be a "request resource" that would automatically go to their…

Ability to make custom fields mandatory when making a resource booking
When adding a resource booking we have some custom fields that we have created however it is not possible to make them mandatory therefore users are not completing them. We would like the ability to flag a custom field as manadatory with validation when using the Update button
4 votesHello, quick message to inform you that your feature request for mandatory custom fields has now been successfully implemented. Mandatory custom fields are now live in Hub Planner.
Any questions or feedback, please do let us know.

Add web hooks
Many integrations would be much easier to accomplish if HubPlanner supported the concept of web hooks. In essence what this means is whenever you change the data in HubPlanner, you could have HubPlanner automatically call a certain (user-specified) URL with a data blob (probably JSON) describing that change.
The current API model is great for reading and writing to HubPlanner, but it does not allow for very efficient integrations from HubPlanner to other things. But web hooks make it much easier to set up automatic update mechanisms, such as emailing users when they get assigned to a project, or posting…

Group reporting total spend row
I currently run a total scheduled spend report on a Freelance Group. However it only shows the total per resource. It would be great if it totaled complete spend of the whole group on the selected date range (monthly).

Prevent Project bookings if person is 100% allocated to an Event
Make Events work like Company Holidays for individuals: if a resource is allocated to an Event at 100%, the project booking should skip over the Event day and not add additional hours to the Resource's booking, just as it would on a Company Holiday. If we've flagged that someone is out sick or on vacation or otherwise not available, we shouldn't be able to book them on a project.

Happy to say this feature is rolled out live for you all.
Let us know how it works out :) you can read more about it on the link below.

Add "Update all from this point forward" for allocation changes.
In addition to "Update this" and "Update all" add an option for "Update all from this point forward" when changing allocation for a repeating booking. This will only change the allocation from the selected position and future bookings and not bookings previous to that as "Update all" would do for a repeating booking.

Future scheduled hours.
When viewing a Project's booking, adjacent to "Sheduled hours" and "Actual" there should also be a sum of hours "Scheduled from today" ("Future scheduled hours").
The future is actually "all that matters" and help us not to navigate with the rear window. This allows us to have intelligent discussions with the project teams if there are enough hours planned in the future to complete the project, or if the planning is unrealistic, thus greatly improving the accuracy of the planning. For this to work, the information needs to be available and can't be hidden or hard-to-access.

Google Single Sign On (Google Suite)
We are users of Google Suite. For a lot of online services, logging in with google credentials gives us a great single place to manage all users, and we can control factors such as MFA centrally.
Having a domain-specific google suite integration (all users from a domain can sign in) would be fantastic for our company, to avoid keeping multiple sets of users and user management around the place.

Schedule edit permission only for team
Permission to edit bookings just for team members. Like in approver we can define a team, create a permission also to add or edit bookings for that team.

Possibility to hide employees that are parked or archived from view on vacations section
Now if I am in the Vacations -> All Requests view I can see all employees, even those which don't work for our company anymore and thus are parked. I find it difficult to work with the list as there are a lot of irrelevant records and no possibility to filter.
Please provide a possibility to hide or filter out those from the list as those are usually irrelevant. It may be a case that those parked employees are needed to check the historical data but I think it would be a quite rare case.

Define Budget and Cost Rate per Role on same Project
In our business resources work in different roles with different rates on the same project. We are able to define the billing rate per resource, however, for each role a different (hourly) budget applies which we currently cannot replicate. See the following Example:
- Project A: Role 1 -> Budget=24h, Daily Rate $1.000
- Project A: Role 2 -> Budget=64h, Daily Rate $1.250
Currently we have to create two sub-projects for Role 1 und Role 2 to be able to report and monitor the budget per role separately.
Will there be an update in the future releases so that we can define…

Dashboard Planned Hours for week ahead

Notification to resource when assigned to a project and booked / booking changed
It could be fantastic if there could be an option to notify a resource when he/she is assigned to a project. Similar when the resource is booked or a booking has changed. It could be a checkbox on/off functionality and the notification could be e-mail.

Possibility to filter reports on values of time
You should be able to filter the report so that e.g. only the overbooked time is shown, or only the availability is shown. Now also the resources with availability = 0 is shown or the projects where no time is scheduled (those are the projects that need to be archived) if you would be able to filter the reports further, the reports would be more usefull.

UX on the system is very erratic
The more you edit the different elements in the system, the more apparent this becomes.
Maybe its just me, and happy for someone to pass comment and correct me.
I have noticed the following behaviour:
Archive a project: System then takes you to that project in the archive projects list? I have archived it, why do I want to be taken to it? I have just archived it! Leave me in the main active projects list please.
Delete project: Complete refresh of the system and takes you back to the resources list? Why? This makes no sense at all.
Within…
1 voteThanks Tony for the additional feedback on the archiving and deletion of projects. I will move to a different internal list where this will be looked at.

For the project notes to be either visible directly, or easily accessible from the project Dashboard
Currently, there is no way ( that I can see ) to easily view or access the project notes from the project Dashboard screen., without going to into edit mode on the project. It would be ideal to have the notes available on the dashboard, either automatically appearing or via a button.

Multi-factor authentication
One of the things that is stopping me from using hub planner is not having the ability to enable/enforce multi-factor authentication for my users. This is critical to properly secure access to our accounts.
Some common and easy to use configurations would be like Duo Security, Google Auth, etc.
Please add this capability!
Thanks!

Milestones Report
It would be great to pull a list of all Milestones across projects. This would allow my team to look at all upcoming client meetings/events that we categorize under milestones.
Thank you!
