Allow team members to see the rest of the team without having to be an Account Manager
If an employee is set as having the team role, they can only see themselves. For them to see the rest of the team that they are part of, I need to set them as an account manager - however this then allows them to view all employees and projects even if they aren't part of the project. We would need staff to only be able to see the details for the projects they are part of.

Select Multiple Bookings At The Same Time
Sometimes the need to move multiple bookings all at once is required.
Either between days, or resources.

Copy Project
It would be a nice addition to be able to copy a project. For organizations that perform repeat (or close to repeat) projects, the ability to establish a template then copy it to the new project would be a great time savings. Alternatively, having more control over the import multiple bookings would be a good compromise. Being able to set the Booking Category or booking colors would eliminate the need for the user to clean up the project after the import.

Schedule hours by week, not by day
It would be helpful to be able to schedule hours per week instead of per day. For example, someone may be projected to spend 8 hours during the week on a project but it doesn't matter what day(s) it happens. We work on multiple projects at once and don't dictate each hour of their day. It is up to the resource to manage their time based on a week allotment.

Not sure if that came up earlier but being able to duplicate an existing project would be good. Also, is there support for template projects?

Longer than a 6 week view
I am working to resources, plan headcount, and utilization for next quarter, and would love to be able to see a view that has a much longer timeframe.
I think 4 months would be ideal, potentially, abstracted to showing only the major tasks on a weekly basis.

skills matrix
As part of the resource page you should be able to setup customized skill matrices to track a resources skill level/certification in a particular area and use those "tags" to assign to projects as needed.

Schedule Specific Notifications
It would be useful to have email and/or desktop notifications for when the schedule is changed; i.e. when a new project has been added, hours have been changed, dates have been shifted, et cetera.

Outlook Integration
Our users use their Outlook calendars to book meetings and hubplanner to look at the jobs they are booked in for. It would be great if Hubplanner could insert their bookings directly into each persons calendar. This would save heaps of time and reduce the risk of potential double bookings.

Customize Project color selection for customizable project phases.
When defining/setting up a project, it would be great if it was possible to decide how many phases a project should have. Also to be able to define the names of the phases that suits my company e.g. Planning, Mobilizing, Operation, Demobilization, Reporting, Invoicing,...

Hours per Task vs Hours per Day
It would be great to be able to specify the total time of a task by # of hours, instead of hours per day. For these tasks, the total time would not change no matter how many days you've scheduled the task. It should automatically tell you how many hours you should spend on it per day by dividing the total hours by the number of days scheduled.

Ability to Schedule Half Days
Half day steps would double the accuracy of the week without destroying the clarity of the time-data visualization. Time is, naturally, serial and continuous, so in reality tasks can only be completed one after another, not in parallel. Overlapping tasks and using % is not only a less meaningful model but dramatically reduces the at-a-glance clarity of the stacked resources view.

Resource settings / not fulltime
Some resources do not work fulltime. It would be great to specify which days a resource works and have the other days be inactive.

Week numbers in addition to dates and months to the active experts view
Currently it is not possible to display week numbers in the active experts view if the slot size is weeks. Instead it only shows days and month in the header. If I would be able to configure the week number visible, I would not have to use a separate calendar application aside the planner.

Group project per clients
Implement "Clients" : make multiple projets for one client and be able to give budget to each project and generate quick stats and reports for this client, all projects mixed.
Could do part of this with project groups (not quickstats), but then couldn't put it in a project group ;).
Could also do with booking categories, but then no way to manage budgets per project ;)

Custom rate per project role
Some projects have multiple rates applied for the same resource - for example Project Management might be charged at a higher rate than Business Analysis - but the same person does both roles
It would be handy to be able to create project roles and assign custom rates to each, and assign resources to each role (sometimes multiple resources to one role)
