Sum of booked hours or available hours in "Bookings" view
Sometimes we book a recourse for example
Project A, for 1,5 h/day
Project B, for 2,5 h/day
Project C, for 0,5 h/day
Project D, for 1,5 h/dayHow many available hours do i have?
How many hours are this resource booked for this day?Would be nice to have a sum under the planned project on a recourse, just in small grey text on every day

Select multiple resources when booking
As we are very collaborative and team-based, I'd like to be able to select multiple users and book them in the same task or meeting.
14 votesYou can do this through the booking modal selecting multiple resources.

User Timereport
As a producer I want to know how much time my resource actually spent on every booking. F.e I book 16 hours for a task but my resource only spent 12 hours, he should then report through Hubplanner how many hours he actually spent.

Moving multiple bookings
An issue which is frequently being raised by system users is that they are unable to move multiple bookings at one time. Projects are quite often pushed back which means that all of the bookings which have been created for that booking may need to be moved forward several weeks/months. The only way I am aware of is doing this currently is by holding ctrl and selecting the multiple bookings you wish to move – but with this it is difficult to see which bookings you have selected and can be quite fiddly - causing problems with the existing bookings.…

Dashboard Resources Utilisation - Next Month
Currently it is possible to define a time frame only on the Project dashboard but not on the Resources one.
I believe that it's a key feature the ability to use the dashboard to see the predicted utilisation not only for the current month but for the next one as well.

Change colors of individual bookings
we like to be able to change the colors of individual books so that we can quickly see if the resource will be onsite or remote.

Book event (f.e. vacation, bank holidays) for all employees at once
During the year their are a number of bankholidays and so on. At the moment we have to book these events (vacationsdays) per employee. Which is very time consuming. We would like to book these days for all employees in one action.
12 votesIn the sidebar, use the Add New, New Booking option and you can book for multiple resources from there.

Plan a repeatable assignment not showing full time
I can set working days for an assignment (/project), and plan this project for an employee, but it shown on all days / with overlap.
I have an employee that works on 1 project 1 day a week for the next year. By adding this to my hub planner dashboard I get all kinds of overlap(s). While I just would like to see the planned day filled in (i.e. every Thursday) and have that repeated for till the end date. Currently i have to go through 52 weeks planning 1 Thursday to avoid getting overlap.

Resources cost and revenue
It would be great to be able to set cost and revenue billing rates for resources. For example when I am outsourcing my team, I need to bill clients at different rate for the team members and pay the team.

Dashboard Planned vs Reported hours
Would be nice to have a dash board like in "My time sheet" where we could check planned hours vs Reported hours. Filter on all resources or projects. Filter what weeks to show.
11 votesYou can create this report under the new report builder.

Horizontal scroll through the weeks/days
Would be ideal to avoid to have to click on the arrows at the top left. We suggest to enable the horizontal scrolling trough the planning either on a day view or on a week view in order to go days/weeks back or next quickly.

Download Excel, and all resources appear per project and day
It takes a lot of work to get a project of a month resource by resource and project by project. ->Person Reports/Scheduled Time/ X Resource >> download Excel XLSX
Would it be possible to implement the option: to download excel of the Resource Report and get it by columns:
"Projects/Events(Every of them) + Resource Name + Day + This month/year (scheduled)"?Thank you.
Descargar Excel y aparezcan todos los recursos por proyecto y día:
Da mucho trabajo sacar de un proyecto un Excel de todo un mes recurso por recurso y proyecto por proyecto.

Prevent Project bookings if person is 100% allocated to an Event
Make Events work like Company Holidays for individuals: if a resource is allocated to an Event at 100%, the project booking should skip over the Event day and not add additional hours to the Resource's booking, just as it would on a Company Holiday. If we've flagged that someone is out sick or on vacation or otherwise not available, we shouldn't be able to book them on a project.

Define Budget and Cost Rate per Role on same Project
In our business resources work in different roles with different rates on the same project. We are able to define the billing rate per resource, however, for each role a different (hourly) budget applies which we currently cannot replicate. See the following Example:
- Project A: Role 1 -> Budget=24h, Daily Rate $1.000
- Project A: Role 2 -> Budget=64h, Daily Rate $1.250
Currently we have to create two sub-projects for Role 1 und Role 2 to be able to report and monitor the budget per role separately.
Will there be an update in the future releases so that we can define…

Notification to resource when assigned to a project and booked / booking changed
It could be fantastic if there could be an option to notify a resource when he/she is assigned to a project. Similar when the resource is booked or a booking has changed. It could be a checkbox on/off functionality and the notification could be e-mail.

Instant (Live) Refresh data for all viewing the schedule
when a change gets made on one session (PC), instantly refresh that change on all other sessions (PCs) without having to manually refresh the screen. (Trello does this well)

See Archived Projects
When archiving a project it gets removed from "Active Projects", which makes sense. But I still want to be able to see it in the timeline, so I can look back at what we worked with.
Since you have a tab thats named "Active Projects", I miss "Archived Projects". Image: http://pudge.se/rsAN

Reports
It is very important to improve the reports. Please make the possibility to show the dedicated resources per project on project reports.
