Letter search function on dropdowns
To speed up the scheduling of a project it would be useful if you could search the letter in a drop down and be taken to that section of the alphabet. For example, selecting the category that a project comes under usually requires lots of scrolling, especially if there are a lot categories to choose from.

Booking View to show all booking details
We need to be able to display all the information and custom fields to users without the option for them to be able to edit the booking

Color coded utilization bar (more gradiations)
The utilization bar can allready be color costumized, but the gradiations are not really helpfull imho.
There present gradiations lead to the problem that an utilization of e.g. 2% gets the same color as an utilization of 99%, because the both count as "partial aviable".
There should be either a way to add costum thresholds for the existing gradiations or there need to be more predefined gradiations (e.g. at 25%, 50%, 75% utilization).3 votesAdminAnonymous (Admin, Hub Planner) responded -
invoice download
Bit of a no brainer these two (IMO). Can you allow an invoicing contact to added to the system please? Instead of having to go in and get them?
Would also be great to download a PDF of the billing receipts - you only have a 'print' option.3 votes -
Give the amount for a hourly rate directly in the project's view
We have a wide variety of hourly rates in use, which makes the UX of current "hourly rate" implementation really cumbersome to use.
We rarely have the exact same price for two assignments, as the hourly depends on a multitude of factors (location, customer discounts, volume discounts, role, ..). This means, that for every single assignment, I have to manually add a new hourly rate category - and the list will grow large!
What I'd like to be able to do, is to have the list of default rates that I can use for common cases, but I should also…

Allow the week to begin on any day of the week.
If an organization manages work based on 2 week sprints that begin on Wednesdays, allow the week to start on Wednesdays.

Status for milestones
I would like to mark milestones as "Completed" or "Accomplished" and be able to query for Milestones that have been acomplished in any given period of time.

Add a phase sub-menu 'Phases' menu while booking a ressource
We can add phases in the project menu but we can't assign a ressource on them. My suggestion is to add a new menu nested in "Schedule Project" menu called "Select Phase" that contain the project phases of the selected project. With this, we can assign resource not only on project but on project phases. If a phase is selected the booking timeline could show something like this "Project1 - Phase1" So we could easily view who is assign on project an phases.

Assign a colour to a project group
Can you please allow colours to be assigned to a project group so I can change the whole group in one go please instead of having to enter each individually.

Timesheet - Summary of all hours logged per project vs budgeted
One of the most useful features i can think of would be to have a simple button/list/graphic that tells me how many hours i have left on a project when I am time sheeting against it. It is hard to know when you've gone over the allocated hours, especially when other people are also booking time to the same project. Some reminder/graphic that told me that I was about to exceed the budget would be a god send as an engineer

Ability to view heat maps as percentages and hours
We would like have the heat maps view the booking status as a percentage. i.e. Booked for 4 hours, show as 50% availabilty

Split a booking in to parts within one booking
At present, if you break down a day's shift in to multiple projects, they don't overlap on the same row. This is very impractical when managing several resources. It would be great to see a feature where one booking can be split in to parts (e.g. break, lunch, other, etc with color coding) so that the interface continues to look intuitive and makes it easier for managers to visualize breakdowns for a resource at any given day.

Keyboard Shortcuts Help page should use correct Windows/Apple key
Right now it appears to show the Apple Command key even though I'm on a Windows machine. It should probably be made agnostic of operating system. ChromeOS doesn't have a Command or Windows key at all.

Internal vs External Project Dates
Have a way to show both internal team project timelines & external client facing timelines.
Currently there is no way to either toggle this on or off for each project/task in hubplanner.

Order of employees
Allow the admin to change the sort order of the employees in the list. It would be handy for us to group them by disciplines.

No limit on Resource Availability
Currently a resource is limited to 24 hrs/day. But there are contractors who have more employees, though up to 60 hrs/day worth of resources available to us. It’d be great if we could reflect that for the contractor.
