    Thanks for your suggestion. We'll keep you posted. In the meantime, you can integrate Slack via Zapier. To access, navigate to Settings -> Integrations -> Zapier

    Thanks for confirming. Yes we are going to be adding this as part of the new reports.

    We will introduce metrics like

    * All Time
    * To Date
    * Future

    for both scheduled and reported time.

    ----

    The reports API won't have this info on release but something that will come at a later date.

    This will be a feature in the new reports, but are you referring to the data displayed at the top of the single project scheduler page? where we show budget info and spend etc?

    Hi CC,

    Thanks for the follow up. I believe it is still under review as there is no clear and concise relationship between the softwares that helps everyone. Therefore a lot of customers have just taken advantage of our API https://github.com/hubplanner/API and create their own custom integrations between the two to suit their business needs.

    What would be helpful is if you can suggest what integration you are specifically looking for between the software as it is very broad when it is just integrate Jira with Hub Planner.

    For example do you see it as Epic's created in Hub Planner = Projects? Maybe you can suggest what mapping you are looking for exactly?

    We recently released a Basecamp integration https://hubplanner.com/inline-integration-basecamp/ so something with Jira could slot in here.

    We don't have a working example of an integration yet, but please take a look at our API. Maybe there is enough there looking at the Harvest Example to get you started?

    We are familiar with JIRA but have not looked at it yet in regards to an integration with Hub Planner. We will add their API to our list.

    If you can provide examples of what you would like to see in a 'deeper analysis' as far as reporting goes that would be great.

    There will be a new feature coming out soon on the booking level, where you can add a rate to the actual booking itself giving you the maximum flexibility to change rates.

    1. Time Entry by Month (Interface change)
    2. Make the export from timesheets better (date range, include notes)

    We are already looking into point 2, to see what we can do for you.

    * Resource Who Created Booking
    * Created Date
    * Resource who last updated the booking
    * Last Updated Date

    This will be available from

    * The Booking Modal Pop Up under info tab.
    * Scheduler sidebar notes / tasks panel
    * booking tooltip

    Lets say a Project has a budget of 4000 hours.

    You have been "Scheduled" 100 hours on the project via the scheduler. You have reported time of 80 hours.

    Are you looking for data to display

    You have 20 Hours remaining (100-80)

    or are you looking to see

    3920 Hours Remaining Total (4000 - 80)

    or both :)

    Just trying to get an idea of what is important for you metric wise.

    Hi, these settings should be remembered. Currently they are cookie based. So if you clear your cookies in your browser the defaults will be set back. Would you of maybe be switching browsers or clearing your cookies?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your comment. We are in the process of migrating the Hub Planner Heatmap to the Scheduler, for a more complete and integrated feature. That way you will get the full filtering capabilities of the scheduler, scrolling etc and be able to activate a heat map mode directly from there.

    So it will be an improved version of what we have today.

    Would that help solve the tagging issue?

    No sorry I can't provide you with a time or timeline. But it is due to be scheduled in an upcoming production sprint. You will get automatic updates here when it is scheduled.

    You can do this. Edit a Project or create a new one and choose "Display Dates" allowing to you to pick a start and an end date.
