Hub Planner as an app - in order to plan on the go!
It would be great to have Hub Planner as an app, so it's possible to update and set up on the go.

From timesheet view add tooltip explanation of what the project is about
Within the users timesheet view be nice to add a tooltip detailed explanation of what the project is about. Maybe linked from the notes or the custom field.

Do not show actions/features in menu's that a user has no permission for.
For instance: a team member is not allowed to request a resource. He is, however, able to click this action and will be confronted with a page that he has no access permissions.

Sorting capability for Account Setup
It would be nice if under the Account Setup you could sort by the different category headers. ie organise milestones by date or project etc.

Option for "color blind" booking colors
Ability to include shapes or patterns on bookings in addition to colors to assist color blind users in distinguishing between booking types.

reason for rejection
when you reject a line in timecards, you currently don't have the in-line option to provide a reason that line was rejected. the supervisor needs to communicate that to the employee separately. if there is a line to provide reason for rejection, that would streamline the communication and time sheet adjustment.

Intelligent bookings.
Intelligent booking. When booking for instance 200h:s between two dates, the booking should behave intelligently and spread out the 200h:s, but not overbook the resource if he/she is already booked on other work. So the behaviour should be "even out the load, but take current bookings in account and adjust so the resource is not overbooked".
An alternative way of implementing this is to have an option "don't allow overbooking" or "Use intelligent booking" that would make all scheduling of bookings take in account what's already planned on resources and adjust so the resource isn't allowed to be overbooked.

When using Vacations extension, to block a resource from changing his already approved vacations, if that resource has allocation permission
We are currently implementing the Vacation Extensions and we checked that the Team that have self allocation permissions can also edit own Approved Vacation days. In order to assure that the planned and approved vacation days are maintained we need to have those days 'locked' and allow changes via the established approval workflow, thus keeping the Team members self allocation for projects

Project time per day/month/week in the scheduler view
It would be beneficial to be able to see the total scheduled time for a project in the scheduler view when a project is selected - similar to the total in the resource view (coloured bar). This will make it possible to see how much time is scheduled for each project in a specified timeframe (day/month/week). Currently it only shows the total scheduled time.

Make "Vacation Days per Year" allowance to be specified per year
When setting up the vacation days for 2019 I've noticed that historical reports for 2018 have changed too in terms of "Vacation Days per Year" allowance thus showing incorrect data.
Please add a possibility to set the vacation days allowance for each year separately to not break the historical data of previous years.

Customizable Project Dashboard
I would like to create a custom project dashboard which shows me the specific data points I need. Much of the info in the current layout is not useful to us. It would be much better if I could choose which dashboard widgets to include, and to potentially create my own, maybe a custom widget builder similar to the custom report builder.
To check on project health right now, I have to look at the single project scheduler page, and also run a custom report of budgeted hours, budgeted spend, actual hours, and actual spend. This going back and forth…7 votes -

Explain why you can't edit or change something
When using the scheduler, it doesn't show when I can't edit something. When I try and move it, it doesn't work. This is because of the level of access I have, but that's not made clear.

Duplicate Project and Bookings within
When clicking 'Duplicate Project' it would be good to also copy across all the bookings within so it's a true duplicate to work on

Possibility to divide project into areas/streams and to book resources within those
For big projects, that contains few modules/areas/streams it would be great to have an option to somehow divide it into groups. Then it should be possible to create bookings within this project within particular group. E.g. I have a project, where I need 5 people for module no 1, 7 people for module no 2 and 3 people for module no 3. This is one project, with one timeline and one PM. Currently all those 15 people are mixed - I would like to see them grouped per module.
55 voteswe have something like this already in the backlog and will start to finalize the UX and implementation so it is inline with other features. Happy to say it is on the way and moving.

Request delete bookings
My project managers can create requests to add a booking for a resource. Should also be possible to have a request to cancel (delete) a booking on the resource.

Add Tasks from Dashboard
Dashboard is nice in theory, however you can't click anything to either add info or view further. Each item on the dashboard should be hot keyed for additional function.

show task list in tool tip display
show task list in tool tip display - it currently shows names, notes and creation info but would be nice to see tasks done and left to be done at an instant.
