  1. Sub groups should take into account overlapping

    Group counts should only include "distinct" users instead of the count of users in the group plus the count of users in the sub-groups.

  3. Information about holiday when hovering

    When you hover over a specific date you should be able to see the holiday name. This was visible before the last update, so I guess it's not seen because of a bug. See this screen grab: http://imgur.com/OzoYznq

  4. Vacation request


    1. Users are currently able to request vacation days even if they have used their allocation. In addition, this can be approved and shows as a negative but doesn't inform the approver that they no vacation left. The system should not allow holidays to be requested if users have already used their allocation

    2. Custom Vacation allocation, you should be able to adjust this for next year as some users may get extra vacation for continuous employment,etc and this can't be added until the following year without impacting existing allocations.

  5. Filter for Projects

    In Projects, on the top I have the filter to view resources but I can't do a filter on projects. For example, if i am in Project A and want to quickly go to Project B, it would be good to type in Project B on the top filter instead of using the scroll on the left or search on the left.

  6. Allow Copy & Paste when I edit the Title of a Booking

    Would be great if I could paste a trello-URL to the title of a booking when I do the right click "edit title".
    Right now I'm only able/allowed to write something but not to paste content.

  7. Booking Status "Validated | Not validated"

    Sometimes we allocate one booking to one resource but it's not validated 100%. We would like a visual help for this. Like a "not checked" icon if not validated and none by default for validated booking

    The option to ajust the daily capacity every other week:
    Week 1,3,5 enz 40 hours
    Week 2,4,6, enz 32 hours

  9. Edit icon on booking not shown when scrolling "too far"

    If you mark a booking you can see an edit icon in the far left corner (http://imgur.com/sDtEZvo,9bv0Z6O#1). I often use it to change the booking. If the booking spans over a few weeks you might scroll to the right, but the icon doesn't follow (http://imgur.com/sDtEZvo,9bv0Z6O). It would be nice to have this edit icon shown all the time regardless of how you've scrolled.

  10. Timesheets - chargeable and non-chargeable

    Project managers need the ability to be able to track specific project tasks, resources need to be able to log time against those tasks. I need to be able to separate chargeable and non-chargeable work. At the moment our developers are wasting time typing in notes and multiple line items when adding in time sheets.

  12. Keep resource request notes visible in booking once the request is approved.

    When submitting a resource request and adding a note to it, it is saved successfully and visible to the request approver. Once the approver approves the request, the ensuing booking does not show the request note anymore and that way information is lost between the request and the actual booking. Maybe the request note should remain visible in the booking or be simply copied over to the booking notes section or something else.

  13. Add working hours to the project

    For small, multiple projects with different working hours, would be great to be able to add working hours when setting up a project rather than having to add every time you assign an resource

  14. Be admins of specific resource groups

    It would be great if you could be an admin solely of a specific resource group. This is so that people dont have to view data of other teams (resource groups) and only have access to what their team is doing.

  15. Projects and ressources list view with custom cloumns

    Instead of a card view, it could be very helpfull to have a list of project with columns that can be configured in settings (for resources and projects)

  16. iCalendar Feed for each Client

    Similarly to the Resource or Project iCalendar Feeds, it would be useful to have a Client iCalendar Feed, that would include the bookings of all projects linked to a Client in a single feed.

  17. Let the worker add a predefined tag for each site pr. day

    The tags can be anything the company needs to have in the timesheet/report per day. Admin predefines the tags and the worker either chooses from a list or makes multiple choices.

  20. Sorting capability for Account Setup

    It would be nice if under the Account Setup you could sort by the different category headers. ie organise milestones by date or project etc.
